What Students Say

Likes

Teacher's are pretty supportive and good
Infrastructure and greenery is good and i liked it
The vibe is good seniors are chill that's also a plus point

Dislikes

Pretty hectic schedule which i hated since beginning
Lot of assignment are not helping us either
It's not like we are living college life it's more like a school

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is pretty relevant but the way of teaching isn't . Like they speak like computer no emotions just study and assignment and 20 types of forms every week so that's not a very good experience to me

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 115603 per year

Internships Opportunities

I am a fresher so I don't know much about internships but I know we have the college have many scholarship but I don't know the names I have a friend from 3rd year he is doing some internship which is paid his earning like 25k a month so I think that internship opportunities

Placement Experience

Placement ls are pretty decent as per the recession but still not that impressive i will say 50% students are getting placed till now but i can say the placement are still not normal so at this time we can hope for the best

Fees and Financial Aid

College fees is around 115603 yearly All of my batchmates are paying the same If we talk about scholarshipa , they do have many scholarship opportunities but the main focus is on up government scholarship if you are obc you can get upto 55k 60 k as scholarship

Campus Life

If I talk about college life it is decent but not very impressive I have some different plans I have some different thoughts about this college but it's decent but the facility are good like we have many clubs and the clubs are pretty active we have like every week some programs are there and we have gaming lapse are good ground is good voting facilities are good library is good shape

Admission

It is the best i can get at my jee mains percentile so i opted for galgotias rather than going to gniot or other colleges and it is pretty famous so i thought it will be good match that's why i chose this college

Faculty

So faculty to students ratio is normal There are two sessional exams of 40 marks cae1&2 and we have a PUT of 70 marks that happens in college and lastly the aktu exam of 70 marks which is the final exam

Night Life

So talking about college nightlife is not very good but we have some cafeteria as we have some pubs if you wanted to great nightlife you can go outside at night you could have some great experience is and I think they have pretty decent light life we have like cafeteria we have some games zones we have some Wi-Fi zones pretty good night what can I say that's good

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

Galgotias College Brutal Honest Review

I have applied for Bihar State Nalanda college, chandi. It gave me aerospace engineering. I didn't choose that because their course curriculum with their faculties and college culture is not fit for getting placement. I wanted some placement oppurtunities through my college and GCET is suitable for it because of their location and college culture. My admission process of my college is through direct admission as well as UPTAC counselling. Direct admission is for those who have low JEE ranks and outside of UP and are early comers. Counselling is for merit based admission for UP students generally with better JEE ranks than direct admission students....Read More

However, In greater noida, comparing to other private colleges, GCET is much better option because of its location, fee structure, campus size. Admission process happened through AKTU counselling, also 15% seats researved for direct admission as well.
