Likes
- The campus, professors, and the state where it's located
- The rules and regulations are followed by the university. There is a good system of not allowing outsiders into the university which maintains a safe environment for the students.
- The campus is located at a beautiful place. Trikuta hills cover the entire place. The weather is great. There is fresh air and nature surrounding the campus.
Dislikes
- The location of the university is a little far away from the main city.
- There is a poor system of transportation.
- The area is not so developed and the students have to face difficulty to even get basic day to day things.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is quite updated and relevant. People who are aspiring to crack competitve exams find the syllabus helpful and accurate. There are various subjects included in every semester to make sure that the students grasp an in depth knowledge of their respective field
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of bachelor's of arts english degree was around 2 lakh. The tution fees was 10,000 for each semester. There is a scholarship scheme of 10,000 per semester for meritorious students. Also, there is a security deposit of 10,000 which gets refunded.
Campus Life
There are a number of clubs offering various courses to the students namely music club, photography club, sports club, and astronomy club. There are a lot of activities to do apart from studying. The university conducts fests for the students along with educational seminars.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are great for girls. New hostels are well furnished and spacious. While if we have a look at old hostels they are a bit less beautiful but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Two people are easily live in those rooms. Girls hostel are the best. The area around the campus is a small village so there are very less options for a pg or rented rooms but local people have started this venture as well.
Admission
I didn't apply for any other college than this one. The reason I chose this college was stability, security and its location. The professors of this university are well qualified and professional. The admission process has been updated. Earlier it was merit based admission. Now, it is based on a candidate's CUET scorecard.
Faculty
Professors are quite friendly and co operative with the students. They have a helping attitude towards students. There are two mid semester exams and then there are final semester exams. Professors of this university make sure that the students are becoming well acquainted with the subjects of their fields. The professors are quite professional and approachable. Also, if we look at the background of the professors they are from great diverse backgrounds and institutions as well.
Night Life
There is no night life in this campus as the campus is situated in a hilly region so there is no night life at all. Also, there is a strict timing at the gate. Students are not allowed to leave the campus after 9 P.M. Girls are not allowed to leave their hostels after 8 P.M this is such a big discrimination.
