Remarks

This College is better than other colleges of this area. Politics is less. Eduction is good. But for general course education quality is worst. Less teachers are provided, less classes are taken. It should be taken seriously.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

The Course Is Good. It's Semester Based Course. Every 6 Months Exam Is Held. Semester Is Easier They Half Yearly Or Yearly Exam. But Classes Are Taken Less For Program Course Than Honours Course. It Should Improve.

Placement Experience

0.5

No Internship Is Provided In The College. Stipend Is Provided From Government & That's Too Less. Scholarship is provided to backward caste students. No stipend is provided to intelligent or poor students.

College Events

3

When New Students Comes Fresher's Function & Party Is Celebrated To Welcome New Students. Whole College & Every Class Also Welcomes Fresher's Then Social Function Is Also Organized. Saraswati Puja Is Also Celebrated

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is not less nor too expensive.during admission we need to pay admission fee..1000-2000. Depends on the course. During registration for exams registration fee is also taken. Exam is held every 6 month.

Fees and Financial Aid

College doesn't provide any scholarship or loans. Government provides some scholarship to backward caste students. College doesn't provide any to poor or brilliant students. These kind of facilities should be provided

Campus Life

2.5

Extracurricular activities are done sometimes.. Class teachers takes students to visit some places for excursions. Labs are not that great. Most of the equipments are missing. Annual sports function is also organized .

Hostel Facilities

1

I Didn't Opted For Hostel. College have a very old hostel Building is old & not that good. No separate hostel for girls is atttached with college. Hostel fee is not much. But infrastructure is worst. So most of the students decides to stay as paying guest outside.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni students reunion is organized most of the year. Ex students visitors colleges sometimes. Some ex students are students leaders. Senior students also does leadership. They helps junior students in any problems

Faculty

2.5

Faculties Are Of Average Quality.Permanent Government Teachers Are Better Than Part Time Teachers. Permanent Faculty Is Very Less. & For Program Course Faculties ARE lesser Than Honours Course. They Should Provide More Attention To Program Course.

Placement Experience:

People who major in my department usually opt for masters over placement not because of this college but because overall industrial or academic opportunities are better with a pg degree. Masters from this college is not recommended as i have heard so from my seniors. Some of my seniors managed to crack competitives and secure MSc seats at great places. Training and Placement cell had a good coordinator previously but now its almost non existent. Companies do come and hire Bpharm, Mpharm and MSc candidates. Packages are below average. Only Nestle pays well. But if you do well you'll eventually climb up the corportate ladder. From the time i am here i have not heard of any BSc candidate getting placed. Most go for higher studies.

Placement Experience:

The average package offered for such roles ranges between ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package offered to a BSc student is around ?4 LPA, depending on skills and specialization. Overall, around 15–20% of BSc students get placed through campus drives, and many students rely on off-campus opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very relevant as it provides us an overall knowledge of biology and not dividing it into various sections rather giving us an insight of every aspect of biology. It includes everything such as microbiology, zoology, botany, physiology, molecular biology and so on.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was well thought out as per me but there were subjects that i found absolutely unnecessary. Subjects like history evs and clc were in no way related to my course. Coming to the main subjects Design, Printing, Photography and film and Media Training were absolutely necessary for my course and whilst the faculty for some of these subjects were really bad, some were good. It is also important to mention none of these subjects actually helped us prepare for the real world. Instead internships and freelance helped us more than these subjects could ever do. Exams were held bi monthly to keep track of what we learnt and every 6 months we had our semester exams. Overall if you want to be a media professional INTERNSHIPS AND JOBS WILL HELP YOU MORE THAN A COLLEGE WILL. I am biased on this opinion as my college didnt provide me with the correct guidance and support i needed to make it in the real world.

Placement Experience:

In case of computer science department, placement is provided at the Last year of M.sc course. Many companies like Wipro, b10x, Tata visited here. Highest package ever is three lakh per annum. 20-40% of the students got placement after completing M.Sc computer science. My plan after B.sc is to pursue MCA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

* It's all about practical knowledge, we are getting from this course and another aspect is if you wants to make your career in research or lecturer then you should go for it. *No changes required in teaching methods but if college will provide hostel facilities and campus requirement drive, then it will better for candidates.
