Course Curriculum Overview

3

The curriculum is being revised very often, and also there are electives to be chosen from the list of courses in our third and fourth years. So you could get a better knowledge on your interested fields. As we joined college in COVID wave, we were having a hectic exam frequency during our first and second years. There shall be more improvements and students interactive sessions which could have been held in the curriculum.

Placement Experience

3

Majorly 7th and 8th semester students are being eligible for campus placements, In my department there are nearly quarter of my class got placed in 7th semester and rest of them waiting for their chances. We have 11 LPA to be our highest of our department so far and average is nearly 4 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

For a person who joins this college via Government Counselling in OC community with no scholarships will be costed nearly 1,10,000 per year as Fee. Also the fee goes high if opting for hostel or transportation facilities.

Campus Life

3

The extra-curricular and co-curricular activities are which our college really lags at, there aren't any functioning clubs majorly in our college, and our college has also not got any cultural or fests in this 4 years, Library is having a high range of books, but would also add fines after 15 days, Sports is also not having any big growth in our college.

Admission

I applied for many colleges like Kumaraguru, SKCET, SKCT, SIET, KPRIET, SNSCT, BIT, and finally the allocation for me in counselling was SKCT. So did I joined this institution, and did my B.E from here. The admission is easy, It's completely Online portal based.

Faculty

3

There is a good ratio of faculty to student ratio in my department. Yes, the faculties are always available to address the queries. We have several good faculties who have their Ph.d.., done and many of them are publishing several research articles consistently. There are nearly 5 or 6 subjects in each semester, and we have recorded many failures during our 1st and 2nd years after implementing Software based training for everyone. Course relevance is slightly average.

Night Life

2

Hostel is totally low rated, because of the food and other essential facilities, cafetaria and campus are all greenery and our college timings are being made strict nowadays, with many rules. And our college doesn't take us for any Industrial Visits or Tours. In the month of August the college would feel like a hill station.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.
