Our college is develope the students in response to the skills look for in high potential talent. Our college prepares young professionals for managerial excellence and leadership roles.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose the PGDM in Human Resource Management and all the courses of PGDM have final deliverables the nature of which will differ with each course.

Placement Experience

The placement was offered in MNC's at our college and gave the average package was 6 lakhs rupees. The companies came for placement were Infosys, HCL Technologies, Microsoft, Adobe, ZS Associates, TCS, Renault Nissan, Cognizant, etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee of PGDM was ₹315000 per annum and ₹25000 admission fee at the time of admission. It's feasible than other colleges.

Campus Life

Our college having well-equipped classrooms, hall, cafeteria, library, Computer lab, seminars, etc. Our college was also organised the extracurricular activities and students here participated in extracurricular activities with the crowd.

Admission

The admission was totally depended on, Entrance Test rank after completion of graduation with at least 50% marks. I also got admission through this.

Good MBA experience with supportive faculty and decent career opportunities.

Likes

Faculty are supportive and knowledgeable, with practical teaching methods. The MBA curriculum is useful and help students develop professional skills.
Campus life is friendly and engaging, with decent infrastructure, classrooms and facilities. More industry visits and practical exposure could improve it.
Placement support is helpful, with opportunities across different sectors. Overall, GSBM offer a good MBA experience with a balanced learning environment.

Dislikes

The college could improve industry exposure, placement support and practical training by providing more internship, workshops and regular interactions with companies.

Placement Experience:

Placements at GSBM are decent ,with student generally becoming eligible from the last semesters . Companies from sales ,marketing, finance ,HR and business devolpment sectors visit the campus .Placement opportunity and packages vary by company and student performance ,with average packages being reasonable for MBA freshers .A good percentage of students recevie placements opportunity, while stuends can also explore of -campus options .After completing my MBA ,plan to start my career in a management_related role and build my proffessional experience.

Faculty member are knowledgeable approachable and supportive they explain concepts clearly using practical case studies and presentation.
The campus environment is friendly and students get good opportunities to interact through group project seminars events and extracurricular activities
The MBA curriculum covers important areas such as finance, marketing, HR and operation helping students develop management communication and problem solving skills.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities for MBA students at my college are reasonably good. students generally become eligible for campus placement from the 3rd ssemestse3r, after completing most of their core subjects. the placement cell starts preparing studnets through aptitude tests, resume building sessions, group discussions mock interviews and pre placement training.

The placement opportunities for my program are fairly good and students become eligible for campus placements from the third semester preparation and internship opportunities started yearly. The placemet cell various activity such as apptitude test, resume building session, group discussion, mock interview, prepare placemnt training to help students prepare for the requriements. The placement cell offers reasonable support throughout recruitment process.

The college provides 100% placement opportunities to all the students. We receive information about job openings, recruitment drives, aptitude tests, interviews, and other selection processes through the placement cell. The salary package is also good which is provided based on the company profile The placement cell supports students in various placement opportunities making all the students get placed while completing the degree After completing my degree, my plan is to start my career in a suitable role related to Human Resources or Finance, gain practical industry experience, and gradually develop my professional skills
