Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course curriculum helped me in deciding what would be the best course for me to succeed in future. When I took admission in the college they guided and helped me in understanding the future of IT and Technology. I chose Cloud Technology as currently many Tech company and IT services and moving or shifting their services to Cloud providing easy and efficiency resource management!

Fees and Financial Aid

Currently I am paying 1.3Lakh per year fees as a student of Management quota. My tution fees was 1,10,000/-, Development fees was 10,000/- and other fees were 10,000/- so the overall exactly fees per year was 1,32,000/-. Same fees for all the 3 years of my course duration.

Campus Life

4

The first event which I attended was the DJ Night were huge celebrities like DJ Chetas was invited to play and host the event! It was absolutely amazing we had a great great fun that night! There are many events happening all over the year in college no matter the results and problems! The college always encourages such events and fests where students can involve and enjoy their college life. If you like college fests and events then Sandip University is a good college to choose among!

Admission

I had applied for same course in KK Wagh college in nashik, but it really didn't work out for me as the commute was far from my location and the fees was more than what I was willing to pay for bachelor's degree! Most important thing was the cut off marks required to be eligible for the course. I think Sandip university is better than KK wagh in some aspects and maybe KK wagh maybe better in some other aspects

Faculty

4

Our class had a strength of 30 students so it was easy for a lecturer to properly interact and reach out to all students in a class. As rational way it 1:30 ratio of faculty and student! The faculty which I and most of my friends as well as my elder brother who graduated from this same college liked is Mr. Narendra Joshi Sir! Hatsoff to such Teachers and professor who make studying interesting and exciting! He provided us with every knowledge with were seeking and guided us through every problem in our college journey! Joshi sir simply has solution to all our problems. Exams are conducted every 6 months which are our semester exam but apart from that we have our CIA which are our internal exams which are in between the Semester exams! To pass the exams one has to honestly study! Without proper studies even a smart person would fail in exams! Exams aren't as tough as you'd think but if you studying regularly or even once a week every month you can easily pass the exam. For getting excellent score in exams you'd have to study 2-3 days per week only then you can score excellent in the exams.

Interview Experience

4

There was an Interview conducted for me as I was a working employee at a US IT Recruiting firm due to which I wasn't able to attend college on regular bases the college understood my situation and helped in maintaining my attendance as I was working as well as studying side by side until I finally left the job to study full-time and focus on my studies, college staff really helped me at that it.

Night Life

4

There are many great places for having food around the college at night times! If you need refreshments after a hectic day at college you've good plenty of restaurants which are among top fast food joints in india! The people around the college are very understanding and helpful to college students!! If a student comes across problem outside college at night, the overall area people would definitely stand forward to help someone in need!

Placement Experience:

Placement at GH Raisoni College Of Engineering and Management are moderate, especially for CSE/AI Student . Students become eligible from the 7th sem. companies like TCS, Infosys, and WIPro visit the campus. The higher package goes upto around 8-10 LPA, and the average Package is 3-4 LPA. Around 60-75% of students get placed. After graduation, i plan to work in software/AI roles and improve my skills through internship and Certifications.

Placement Experience:

The faculty-to-student ratio is about 1:20, and most teachers are quite approachable if you meet them during their free slots. I really appreciate the senior professors in the core departments because they have deep subject knowledge and explain concepts practically. However, some newer faculty members tend to stick strictly to the textbook or slides, which makes the lectures a bit dry. Since the college follows the SPPU pattern. I chose this course after a long CAP round process. Initially, I was aiming for VIT or DY Patil in Pune, and even checked out colleges in Mumbai and MVP KBTCOE in Nashik, but I ultimately landed here at AISSMS. The curriculum is quite comprehensive for building a strong engineering foundation, though I feel it could include more industry-relevant tools and coding workshops.

Placement Experience:

The placments are overall moderately good especially if you are from electrical branches including Electrical , Electronics, Computer, and Instrumentation Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. From third year onwards internship season starts where companies visits our campus and students need to go through online tests and series of interviews for each companies to get offer where the students selected for offer need to attend the internship after the end of third year in may and june when college have holidays. Similarly Based on performance the interns may get full time offer as well. Full Time Placement starts in final year and the process is exactly same where the interviews are mostly online and the students placed gets the offer letter. Almost 90 - 95% of the students especially of above branches gets placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

So the Computer Engineering is all about core subjects which are really helpful for future like cloud, iot and Database etc But the syllabus of the university change after every 4 years and there is nothing but removing one subject and add another similar subject but I think in era of Ai and automation the syllabus is sort of outdated like if you are getting in Second year you have to learn subject which you have not interested in so you have to learn those subjects anyway and if you want to learn more about new skills you have to do it by yourself.
