Remarks

Provide scolarship for toppers also provide scholar for lower income group , Also have canteen mess , shopping store inside campus, Also provide ATM facility inside campus.provide bus facility on sunday for marketing purpose.There are some negative also are that they penalized for absentism. and in disability activity.

My branch was there ECE , college had sufficient labs and tools for our branch and provide sufficient details knowledge of our branch.Here we have to pass internal for every semester , and after internal we have to through external examination which was conducted by kolhapur university.

College have their own training and placement cell. Through this candidates take part several on campus drive, in our time tcs, cts cmc. Visited here for campus drive.college provide scholarship for topper every semester , along with candidates belong to school ,st once provide scholar ship.

College Events

College celebrated all major function , starting with fresher days , republic days , independence day, teachers days and one annual sports days known as frolic.frolic celebrated every year 22-25 december. In this all branches take parts in several sorts competition. It is very good innovates ideas.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our total fee was 320000 , Rs 80000 per semester , here college also provide loan facility for needy guy. Im this you have to semester wise. provide sufficient time to pay.According to me as college have their infrastructure college fee is feasible not expensive.

Fees and Financial Aid

College provide scholar ship for topper who score maximum marks rebate in their semester fee. At the same time students belong to st sc once college provide scholar ship. Also provide loan bonafied paper for every needy candidate.

Campus Life

College have 30 acres of campus in we have separate cricket ground, volleyball ground , basket ball court. Football ground. College provide sufficient opportunity for player to improve their game and focus their game.we have sufficient lab for a single department. with proper tools and equipment.

Alumni/Alumna

We have alumni network and it happened every year in this all passed student visited our campus and motivate junior and fresher. And provides job opportunity for deserving guy.Alumni network is strong as we all are connected with our seniors.

Admission

I got admission after clearing jscee , after result declaration i have gone through counselling where i have to choose my branch and college , According to my marks i have offered two or three college where i have to choose one and took college for admission.

Faculty

Our college faculty was extremely good and enthusiastic.they all mtech qualified and have good grip on their knowledge.And provide sufficient knowledge and notes for our examination.They are very helpful and kind also.

Campus location is good but there is shortage of shops.
Professor are good and supportive and you can keep bike sk questions whenever you needed.

Dislikes

Mess food is not so good and if you taking hostel it is compulsory to take mess
Transpotation facility is not so good and you

Placement Experience:

From third semester students are allowed for internship and about the placement is about 5 to 6 lpa .Many students here are preparing for government exam like gate ,ies isro ,barc etc. And if you are not satisfied by placement from campus you can try off campus.

At the starting phase of college , we have a beautiful campus (which is not ours actually , its on rent ) loacted at Namkum, Ranchi. known as JUT campus, but after that things are not good.
Some what I liked the sports culture, but we don't have any sports Club yet.

Dislikes

Placements(actually there are students who are the coordinators for the placement group , there is no any particular advisor or any TPO head is there earlier...now there is one TPO coordinator but things are becoming worst there.
No grounds for any sports, we don't have badminton court indoors, so we have to wait for wind to settle before we can play outside.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually my branch is Electronics and communication engineering but my major interest lies in development area , i have gained all the skills in my college by my own taking some guidance from the seniors as they are very helpful and supporting. Improvements in course curriculum could be like they have to basically add one more course or any training program to help students for making skills and teaching them for their placements.(apart of the course , i am saying not because i am from ECE department , its common from any branch student)

I like my college

Likes

I like their rules and regulation of college.
I like the annual sports, event, and cultural program.
Regular classes, labs, and time to time internal exams

Dislikes

Thing that I don't like is hostal cleaning, mesh food.
I think there is more rules and regulation for senior boys hostels.
From senior boys hostel they pass some comment to the girls

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course is the proper mindset from the class I chose to study btech. The areas for improvement in the course curriculum are more labs to be conducted proper smart classes to be held.

Likes

the return to investment in this college is very fair.
the infrastructure in this college is very good and still developing rapidly .
the fee is very affordable and the surrounding market is also cheap.

Dislikes

the reservation is very high and sc & st community gets so much advantage .
the college is located at outskirts of main city Dhanbad .
there is some sort of ragging culture which is also present here. Talking about the girls to boys ratio it is 25 to 75.

Placement Experience:

The placement stats of BIT Sindri is quite impressive because the core branch placement is too good . it offers around 90% placement to branch like mechanial , electrical , mining , metal. technical branch placement is also improving yearly.

No night canteen to both the boys and girls in the hostel

No night life the college...... Two much boring life

Likes

Infrastructure of the University is good enough and also going on for new building
Labs and machineries are updated and in good condition.
Non teaching staffs are helpful and genuine.

Dislikes

Administration make fake promises and discontinue.
Some staffs are egoistic don't think of any one.
Canteen food prices are not affordable. It is too expensive for middle class students.

Good university for those who want degree only not job as they will say 100 percent placement but never make their promises and yes they will also send you in depression so be strong and believe in your self.

I came to this college as a 2nd year lateral entry student . Its a semi government college . The area of improvement include insfarstructure and more faculty member as it has less faculty member than required .

Likes

the greenery of college campus is very nice
the environment of the college is very good
college library staffs are very well behaved

Dislikes

the faculty is not up to the mark , u will not be satisfied by their teaching
student intake is very very less so you will experience less competition
the college campus is beautiful yet very small

Placement Experience:

yes campus placement is offered . the average package is about 7 to 8 lakhs in C.S.E , the placement rate is about 90% for which above 7.5 CGPA is required . The placement rate for E.C.E and E.E.E are also decent .

Experience of an undergrad

Likes

college have great environment good facilities needed as per requirements ,college also have good spacious hostels and we can say better food comparing to what i heard from friends of different colleges ,the evening time is soothing and relaxing
a great senior junior interaction culture and memorable friendships letting you forget the world outside the campus, every festivals are celebrated with joy and fun ,from leaving a family to moving to another one you would love.
some of lectures are quite boring but some will amaze you with visionary thoughts ,every faculty will guide you if they see you lagging behind the course ,some extra sessions are also conducted, introducing new fields to think out of the box

Dislikes

things which i wish might get some improvements are sports facilities big grounds for sports activities students encouragement towards co-curricular activitiy, co-curricular activities get more support to come out with glorious and imagining skills.
fests do contain fun but due to time constraints before fests planning of amazing activities becomes difficult thus leading same things going on repeating, absence of good team leaders leading activities plays major role in activity failure and bored
night out time is a small problem, the area close to college is developing hence not having nearby much places for fun and chillouts spending your free time relaxing.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is average as during 2023-24 it was recession period all over the colleges are facing placements lags but still college students managed to achieve 22 lakhs+ off campus as well as 16 lakhs on campus placement.The college reached his highest placement of 51 lakh during 2023 ,the average package is 5-6 lakh and the placements percentage are 85 percent for cse students,the students completing 7th semester are eligible for on campus placement drive as well as off campus,some of the prominent companies visited are Microsoft, cognizant, samsung, byjus,infosys and 50 more.I will prepare for gate and after that i will try to get on and off campus placements which i will find better accept the offer.

The admission process was offline. forms has to be filled up which cost 1000rs as registration. application form is available on the main building of the college in 2nd floor.
