"Comprehensive Review of JSSATEB College"

I am writing my honest review of my college that there is some cons about the extra curriculum activities like projects and hackathon etc., are conducted in the minimum amount and that are only supported by the some of the faculties. The college should focus more about on the practical and industry level teaching rather than theoreatical teaching.

The placements in the college is decent and nber of the companies that hire from the college is also less. The students in the college are eligible from the 5-6th semester for the placement activities. The students getting more placed in the cse and ise branches that is from 60-80 percent and 65percent from the ece branch.

Hi myself harsha, the fee structute of our college jssateb has 120000 for the kcet merit students and 3.5-4lakh to the management fee for the ece management students and 5-6lakh to the cse management students. Tution fee of the yr goes between the 49k to 55k and other fees ar included like lab,development fee etc. And the fee for the SC/ST kcet merit students is 750rs a/c to karnataka government and they claim a scholarship upto 80k-1lakh.

The jss verve is the college fest that goes evey year between the month of june-july. And the library has the vast collection of books about the technical aspects and about communication, public speaking etc. The college has more sports activitiea in the campus and also college has a kscb cricket ground in the campus and the weekly matches will going on. The college has only few clubs that's runned by the students itself.

I applied for the other higher colleges and the courses but my kcet rank didn't matches the college eligibility criteria, so i cant make it to that extent and i have got admission int jssateb itself. The college accept eligibility like 12th pass wirh 70percent or diploma completed with a 0 backlogs. The college accepts the students from the different entrance exams like KCET, COMEDK etc.

The faculties of the college are very supportive for academic activities and they also behave in good manner with a students and the had a good relationship with a students. Here i didn't like mention the names, bt some of the faculties are very rude and strict to the subject they didn't support the students for the extra curriculum activities. And the exams are from university called VTU, and they are in moderate level. In the 6months semester the course has 2-3internals exams and 1 lab externals and semester exams and the exams are in moderate level and most of the students can able to clear the subjects with some certain amount of hard work.

The college has hostel facilities for bothe girls and boys seperately. One is inside the campus that is for girls and one is outside the campus for boys. College campus has 2 canteens named purple canteen and college canteen and that are the major places where most of the students hangout after the classes. The girls hostel timings is from 6am to 8pm and boys hostel timungs is from 6am to 10pm.The college campus opens form 7am to 6pm. And the locality is safe to roam and chill and explore the things.
