It is up to the choice of individual that whether he/she have to opt for engineering or not because only IIT'S and NIT'S gives the bright students. Examination structure is simple and as same as jee mains and advance.

Placement Experience

There is no stipend given when you are doing internship well you have to manage it by your own and placement is also same as the normal colleges well you will not get a package of lakh a month but can manage you living and daily expenses maybe.

Well we have a great infrastructure lol so an event Vikiran is organized by the college students and yes we also contribute money to play in college sports meet and yes it is a gift from God that we have ipu as our university so in main campus there are varieties of events which is chaotic and joyful.

It's moderate.unlike galgotias or gl bajaj our fees structure is 110000 per year if you have to take hostel then there are different choices as per your pocket allow minimum cost to pay is 75000 for triple share room.

Admission

Firstly gave the entrance examination of ggsipu which is IPU-CET after that on this on the basis of rank we have to choose the colleges in the sliding round and also an extra round is done which is spot counseling

Faculty

Faculties are good and studied from well reputed colleges thank to God that EEE department is eliminated from the college because no one of them are worth it of being a lecturer but there attitude towards students are alike a hunter who is hungry

A Good Overall College Experience

Likes

The teaching is good, and the practical sessions help in understanding the concepts better. The faculty members are well qualified, friendly, and approachable whenever students need help.
The university organizes various activities and events, which keeps campus life active and engaging. Students get opportunities to participate in different activities beyond academics.
The university has the necessary laboratories and facilities for practical learning, especially for students pursuing technical courses like Civil Engineering.

Dislikes

Although the required infrastructure and laboratories are available, the maintenance of some buildings and facilities could be improved.
The hostel provides the basic facilities, but areas such as maintenance, cleanliness, food, and overall management could be improve
I have not reached the placement stage yet, so I cannot personally evaluate the placement process. More detailed and transparent information about placement opportunities, companies, packages, and outcomes would be helpful for students

I have not reached the placement stage yet, so I cannot give personal information about the companies visiting, packages, or the percentage of students getting placed. I have heard that placement opportunities are available for diploma students, but I cannot personally verify the placement statistics yet. My main plan after completing my Diploma in Civil Engineering is to pursue a B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Because of this, I am currently more focused on building my technical knowledge and practical skills during the diploma rather than immediately joining a company after graduation.

College timing i hate it giming is from 9am to 5pm till your 3rd year and in 4th year only 3 days classes are there...
Management of college is not so much good it is okay okay..
Fest and freshers are also okay okay in this college...

Not so big companies are cone for campus placement you should must have to try for off campus if you want a good for on campus only sales companies are come here and some tech companies are also come....

Life at SRM.

Likes

A good and friendly environment on campus where students from all around nearby cities and states stay together in harmony.
Interactive classes and faculty is also very supportive.
The campus has all basic facilities from food to stationary.

Dislikes

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

good exposure for kids to grow and flourish. Good student crowd. People from all different backgrounds are there and students are mostly smart and are willing to learn new things. Overall good exposure for students
Good cafeteria will reasonable food and both north and south India food options
Regular events and seminars are conducted with guests lectures

Dislikes

Very pricey fee structure, fee could have been a little less
Attendance policy is very strict and follows mandatory 80% attendance
Placements are not that great as off now

Course Curriculum Overview:

I Would say that's it's average. Like other colleges only. However one good thing is we have one or two elective paper almost every semester in which we can choose particular subjects according to our interest.

I apply for the GL Bajaj but my JEE Mains percentile are not so sufficient to take admission in that college so for a better option I go for this college. I am not rejected college but I I should say the college reject me.
