I appreciate the strong focus on acedamic focus on innovation and research
I engaged with gitam vibrants campus life through clubs and events
The facultys expertise teaching methods and mentorship quality is really good in college

Dislikes

They won't conduct much events when compare to gitam Vizag campus
Hostel rules are not all good have to improve their rules
College have to focus on placements company are just coming for name sake

Course Curriculum Overview

Gitam University banglore aligned circulum and research focus drew me to the course offering a perfect blend of theory Circulum effectively prepares students to the real world applications The areas for improvements in the course curriculum and teachings methods really good in gitam University banglore but some faculty won't follow the rules of University according to them they will behave

Year wise fee for the changes from year to year Currently am studying 4th year I have joined 2021 my tution is 205000 if I pay at once their will not be any late fees or extra charges if we pay by sem wise 2500have to pay interest Currently college is providing the EMI option to the students better option for students who are struggling to pay fee their will not be any extra interest

Campus Life

Technova fest held in March The library offers over all 1lakh books and 500 journals and digital access for 24/7 The class room are equipped with projector and wifi facilities smart boards Yes students runs clubs like student life ,kalakruthi,starbrusts and many

Admission

Gitam circulam prepares well but need more industry collaboration ,Exams were frequent and well timies and moderately challenging I have not applied any other colleges I have choosen this based on my senior review after enquiring other colleges this college review better For addmission have to attend the gate exam which is conducted by University to get scholarship for students if we get better rank we will get scholarship upto 50%

Faculty

We are having good & healthy relationship with faculty to students Every faculty is nice to everyone Can't specify because every faculty is having their strict rules according students they will behave Currently we are 1mid 1sem It is not much difficult to pass the exam

Night Life

In our college their unisex gym which really good and their is lady trainer for girls Campus timings or 8to5 hostel timings for 6to9 We have really good famous places to hangout gitam cafe , heritage

Is NIAT worth the hype? My honest student review

Likes

You actually get to do things instead of just listening to lectures
The learning environment feels quite active
We have good exposure to the tech industry

Dislikes

The workload can get too intense sometimes
Not everything feels like a traditional college experience
The overall cost is a concern as it is a bit high

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the NIAT curriculum around four out of five. In my opinion, it is good that the curriculum is not only based on theoretical studies. The inclusion of coding, projects, assignments, and practical knowledge is quite engaging for the students, as they can apply the acquired information in practice. Additionally, I find the curriculum up to date compared to the standard Btech syllabus, which mainly focuses on theoretical background. However the curriculum could have fewer assignments, as some of them are rather time consuming and require additional study to achieve a better understanding of a particular subject.

While the academics are strong, more industry visits,live projects.

The curriculum at my college is comprehensive and relevant to current industry requirements . One of the main reasons I chose this course was the balanced combination of theoretical concepts and practical application.

The coaching here is good but one thing is you need you cope up
Transdiciplinary project centric learning

From 2nd year they give placement training..mostly from 6th sem they allow us for placements this year the highest paid is 54Lacks per annum mostly 90 percentage of students gets placed my plan is to for a good job

faculties can be easily approched for doubt solving
seniors are also friendly and quite helpful
labs have sufficient infrastructure, in proper working condition

Dislikes

teaching is mainly in regional languange
placements are about 40 to 50 percent, placements in core is bit difficult
correction for core courses are tough, .

Placement Experience:

campus placements is pretty good, from 6th sem students are allowed to take placements pretty good companies like synopsis, qualcomm, samsung and many other top requirters do come for placements. there are few people who even with backlogs have placed so it depends on the student capabilty to get placed.

KSIT - A good college with everything mixed level.

Likes

Good teachers, very friendly & teaching is good.
Easy to travel due to multiple transports.

Dislikes

Small infrastructure as the area is too small.
Not have ground to play when students are free

Placement Experience:

The on-campus usually starts in 6th Semester. A company called MathCo was the first company it came for the role of analyst. Around 5-7 people got selected. The average package would be usually around 4-4.5 LPA, but highest package was 6.25 from PlanetSpark for role of Sales. The percentage is nearly to 10-12%. After degree, get a job and work for atleast 2 years for learning current trends is my basic thought as of now.

ya the overall infrastructure is good and company placements there was well wishers in that time
teaching is not what i expected but good
mentorship quality is ok,faculty expertise is ok ,profeeional department is medium

Dislikes

they where strict and needed some cultural event for every month of one year
they dependent for notes in their classes where this is not i am interested
they will call for the phone for every wrong things to tell their parents

the curriculum was not inflenced by the decision and where the choosen course was clear and academic marks was good the teching methods need to be very friendly and didnt strict to be done so where then its superb the timing of exams is correctly done and perspective for the difficulty level appliction speceific for the students in their real wor examples
