Likes

Campus is good and it is surrounded by greenary.
Teaching is good and the faculty's are also friendly and helpful
They conduct lot of events and competations and many more

Dislikes

They do not support for sports and other physical activity
Some teachers are not that good in speaking to students
Small seminar hall and no more space for all the people

Course Curriculum Overview

I selected this course because i liked it personally and i like to learn complex things and also it woulld help me in the future as i have choosed CSE(AI&ML) which is the better option.There are no such areas i guess to be improved .The difficulty levels of the exams is in SEE not in IA.

Internships Opportunities

I know some of the companies which are visted but i dont know the stipend they offered i would like to name the companies which are visited and they are google , amazon,wipro and many more and i am in 1st year of college and i dont know much about these things.

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for placements in 4th year in our college.Google ,Amazon ,Wipro and many more companies have visited our colleges.I guess the highest placement is 30 LPA .Around 90 percent of the people are placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise i will be paying 1,21,770 and this is the overall fees i have paid to my college and i got this seat through SC/ST category and i will be paying the above fees for 4 years.My other batchmates also paid the same amount as much as i paid as even they got the seat through competative exam and some of them are from management and they paid around 4 lakhs this year and am not sure the next year fees of those people but their fees is 21,00,000 for 4 years.Scholarships that are available are reliance scholarships , jindal scholarships and many more.

Campus Life

There will be a lot of events and tech functions are organized in our college and i remember some of them and also participated in it and they are namely kascade , sambharm and many more.There are a lot of books available in our college library.

Admission

I have applied to JSS Academy of technical education , RNSIT , and global and MS ramaiah and some other colleges which are far from my home. I got seat in JSS as i also wanted because i feel that this college is better than the other colleges which i have mentioned above and also it is near to my home compared to the above mentioned colleges.

Faculty

Some of the faculties are good with students and they speak well to them in friendly manner and also they are approachable .There are 2 IA which is internal assessment and 1 SEE which is semister end examinations.

Night Life

The gym is in the boys hostel of our college and cafeterias inside the campus will close around 4pm and i dont know about the hostel and campus timings because i dont live over there and also not asked with my friends .

A great place for learning and career growth

Placement Experience:

Excellent placement training and reputed companies visit the campus. I had received offers from three companies which reflects the quality of opportunities available. Placement is one of the college's biggest strength. Student with no backlog and good academic records will get easily placed.

My life at CMR - University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects like: we had 2 internal exams in the semester and after completing these internal exams roughly at the 5th month we had practical exam + end semester exams, these exams would be mainly theory based inclusing some conceptual based questions & based on our understanding only, we can able to write the answers. One thing, I would suggest was we shall give more weightage to the practical based learning, that too during our days we were just the beginning of AI & Iot era was effectively going on, if we had some advanced eductaion covering these aspects we would have got the opportunity to shine more in our carrers. As a student, we faced slight diffuclities and challenges matching the real-life happenings with the acdemics, that would be one of the shortcoming I can say.

My campus life so far

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the curriculum is well planned, balanced and easy to follow. We start with the basics and along with theory there's a good amount of coding practice, assignments, and hands on learning. I like that the course isn't just about passing exams, it also focuses on building skills that will be useful later for internships and placements. So far it feels relevant, practical and not overwhelming for someone who's just starting out.

I would rate 5 out of 5. I specially enjoyed being involved in activities like ego and Rns, which made my college life more engaging. College provides good atmosphere, and I got good friendship in the college.

One of the best colleges or universities for B Tech and pocket friendly

Placement Experience:

The College was there for more than 10 years , but there was only Post graduate courses available , like M-tech , Msc , etc. The College for B-tech has started just before 2 years , there are no batches which has been output till now. The students are also waiting to see the batches to get output and see the placements taking place. As a student I am also eager about the campus placements.

I applied to many college like sjbit,global ,jnnce,pes,rv,bms and many more They above were all need a higher grade than what I had scored. Jss was near to my home and i had a direct bus root for the college and it has a big campus and a lot of good grades form the students to back it up I couldn't get into bms ,pes or rv because my grades weren't good enough. I chose this college because it's near to my house and I personally feel it's better than all the colleges in the vicinity, which includes RNSIT and SJBIT. I applied for Jee mains but i did'nt got good rank then i applied for COMEDK and i got cse in this college for 18k rank, I choose this college as compared to other private colleges here only limited number of students are there in cse so the competition is not very high Admission processes for our college is simple you have to go through COMEDK counselling there will be three rounds in every round you will have 4 options of freeze seat, accept and upgrade, reject and upgrade, reject.
