Course Curriculum Overview

I took the course CSE that is computer science and engineering with integrated AI&ML that is artificial intelligence and machine learning,the teaching methods using here very nice . I choose this course because I like to study computer science and also I want be an software Engineer

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee: frist year: 300000 Second year:315000 Third year: 330000 Fourth year : 345000 My bach mates aslo paying same fee I don't have any scholarship .and I am studing with management seat And also paying my hostel fee 150000

Campus Life

In gitam University campus they many clubs which are very useful for the students to showcase their talents even then many clubs like sports clubs and dance clubs and singing clubs and many more , the usage of technology in the class is very advanced i liked it very much , the campus life will be very beautiful here to enjoy b.tech life.

Hostel Facilities

The facilities provided in the hostel is very nice In gitam hostel the infrastructure is very nice and satisfying,and talking about the facilities hostel has 27/7 hot water service, and very nice room service we have very nice restroom , very good wifi connection and we have food four times per day and menu weekly changing menu and test is very good. I live the hostel so I don't know much about the PG

Admission

I have seen many other colleges before joining to gitam University but compare to other colleges i liked the gitam University Bangalore because it has good infrastructure and I like the atmosphere surrounding the gitam University campus

Faculty

1:40 The relationship between faculty and the students are very good and let they move with students responsible and the faculty here are friendly with the students, and the knowledge the faculty here having is amazing and it is very useful for the students

Night Life

There is gym in gitam University we can book slot to go to gym and the timings of the gym is Morning 6 to 7 and 7 to 8 and in the evening 3 to 4, 4 to 5,5 to 6, 6 to 7 and 7 to 8. And campus have library also,and gitam has many cafeterias and the timings are morning 8 to night 9.about night life we should be inside the hostel before 9 in the night.so noting more about night life

Good Learning

Likes

Faculties are really well experienced by character all the faculties are humble and polite.
The college has good Infrastructure and the campus is surrounded with Trees it is very peaceful campus.
Placement support are really good with lab facilities where skill rack, NPTEL, Infosys springboard, MongoDB, IBM platform is provided for level up our skills.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are fairly good and students become eligible for campus placements from the final year, usually from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the campus every year and offewre opportunuties in different roles such as software developer,analyst, technical support, and other entry-level positions.

Likes

The Well maintained Infrastructure of around 20 acres
The support for non academic activities like sports and cultural
Supportive nature of few faculties for tech competitions both for participating as well as for organising

Dislikes

There is no much needed coordination among faculties
The student teacher bonds are not good for all faculties
Some over helmed rules regarding discipline and cleanliness

Placement Experience:

Well in case of placements it's not upto the mark because, As it's a Government college for companies there will be a zero promotion. One more thing is there is no separate funds to accommodate the officials came to the college for placements And the college is not working with 100% efficiency towards placements of students

The maintenance of campus is good ,and the college events , and the teaching level is also excellent and the particular student have there own mentor they guide in each thing
The way they support us encourge us for our success and support in every situation and also support to the students in placment or training opportunities
If we lack or we are in problem they will support to come out if that with good solution

Dislikes

the college is not too strict for that reason the students may spoil easily
the ratio of our college is like 60:40 that is the majority are boys , and the college fan are slow which cause problem in summer
the college washrrom are not clean that cause problem,lack if industry

Placement Experience:

At the 6 th semester the students are eligible for placements and compaines visited our college are cloud fabric , crafty sogo , congnizent and some training like v tech , qspriders , pentagon space,alpheoleo , medini and some more the highest package is 5 lakh and the lowest is 3 lakh . around 10 to 15 students have been placed from cse dept after the degree i have one good salary job so to settle my life

Likes

I like the fact that our faculties are pretty good
Campus is very green and classes are provided with smart boards
Students are competitive and hardworking more focus on studies

Dislikes

Infrastructure is very decent not so wow

Placement Experience:

So from 5 th semester you are eligible to apply for an internship and after 6 th sem or ending you can sit for the full time roles , so as of now highest package is 28 lpa and lowest may be 5 lpa almost 95 percentage of students get placed . I "ll be doing job after my college

Things I liked it’s a friendly people and seniors are also good here they help to study very well
Another thing I liked that no uniform is there and the college timing is also good
All sir and mam are friendly and exam type is good

Dislikes

They not focusing on the sports activities
The college campus is very small it’s just of 8 acres
The ratio of boys girls is 2:1 in the college

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is great like and avg package is 100000 and it's in campus from 2st semester only the students become eligible for campus placement. Flipkart,TCL and aml many more companies came the highest package in 2023 got of 52 lakh in AIMl and the avg package is 10 lakh. The percentage of the students getting placements is 60-70% my plans after getting the degree to do master in abroad

A good college life

Likes

The Campus is student friendly and interactive
Students engage with each other and help each other in academics
Faculty here is very good and they are expert in their fields and interact with students

Dislikes

As such I don't have anything that I dislike
Campus is bit small but it looks good and great
Overall campus is good with basketball court and football ground

Placement Experience:

• Students become eligible for campus placement from the 5th semester itself • Companies like TCS, WIPRO , INFOSYS, TECH MAHINDRA, HCL , IBM , AMAZON etc do visit college every year and a good amount of 80 to 90 offers are made per year • Highest package offered here is 13 lpa and the average lpa is around 5 to 6 lpa • Almost every student gets placed here with a good lpa • My plan is to get a good job from here and secondly preparing for higher studies

What i most lile about this collage is its infrastructure styl
It has a very good environment lile very green
It even has a ganapati temple in the campus

Dislikes

Water quality is hostel is not good like not filterd properly
Hot water supply is only in morning not at all time
And i dont personally hate anything on the campus

Placement Experience:

The placement in the college are very good actually like more then 300 companies have visited the college and more then 950 jobs have been offered to the students companies like infosys, tcs, wallmart, global tech india, accenture, visa, dell technology, intel etc and mass recruter are companies lile infosys and tcs which gove 50+ and 60+ offers respectively. And last year there where 8 students who got 64 lpa and in which four(4) students where from information science and engineering that is our department. Our department is very good and if you take information science you can get a very good job

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester we will become eligible for campus placements. Very few companies will visit for chemical engineering those are aslo not core. Highest package offered for a chemical engineering is 600000 I guess this aslo a long back. But dont take a hope on placements here in chemical weapons. Do mainly focus on Gate exam. Get good score go for mtech or apply for good core jobs for interview.
