What Students Say

Likes

I love my college hostel and the atmosphere here.

Dislikes

The classrooms are not too much good. Student suffer alot because of this
Canteen is also not as good as it should be

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is not too good. The subjects we taught in the first year is also not as much relevant. the teaching methods should be practical and relevant for the outside World. the exams is very frequent .

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I have to ay nearly about 1.5lakh per year .the tution fee is about 1.1lakh there is no scholarship opportunities for most of the student but it is beneficial for some student. There is no relaxation of fee in categories.

Campus Life

The campus life is really too good. The library are well maintained the facilities for the student in coding world are laking. The sports facilities are also not too good here. The senior are running many clubs for the growth of the students

Admission

I applied for IP University and filled jossa councelling too. But it was very difficult due to the competition and my marks was also not too good for taking the admission in delhi. I got regection from various universities like IP

Faculty

Faculty are not too much good . There are few of them which are really supportive but more of them are not good enough to support. There are two mid term and an end term in each semester. The student faculty ratio is maintained

Night Life

The gym in college are only for the hostel . The campus timing is around 8 am to 5 pm and the hostel timings are 5am to 10.30 pm . The area around the college are really safe. The hangout places are not really good in the locality.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

A good and friendly environment on campus where students from all around nearby cities and states stay together in harmony.
Interactive classes and faculty is also very supportive.
The campus has all basic facilities from food to stationary.

Dislikes

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

I really like my college . It is very good college around the meerut

Likes

I liked the faculties of my college they are very supportive and helpful towards the students.
I like the curriculum which more learning based then theory
I like the support that is provided by the college towards the placements of the students

Dislikes

I don't like the attendence system of our college it very hectic to students
There is lot of focus on exam in my college which I don't like
Syllabus are not updated in our college we are studying very old things

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for this course because I want to be a software engineer. I chose my course because it was well-informed, and my interest was also in this field from the start. The faculty members and platform were also quite good for nurturing personal skills and making one a skilled and disciplined person in life. I wish this course would focus more on practical things rather than being theoretical. Events, fests, and the campus environment are also very good and pleasing to the eye. Connectivity was also easy from all around the world due to its location. Scholarships were also awarded to almost every student.
