Course Curriculum Overview

5

Generally from the school itself I wanted to learn programming and chosen the CSE course and coming to the university curriculum it had 4 semesters a year which shocked me when I know about it I thought it would be easy for a student to complete 4 subjects per semester but after the start of college slowly it increased pressure on me with low time for doing assignments and learning and the days have been passing very quick with no joy

Internships Opportunities

5

Generally I have not enquired about the internships provided at campus because I myself joined at a software company where my uncle used to work and I have done Cyber security for airlines. So I don't know what college had offered

Placement Experience

5

There is not much of semesters but if a student completed his 160 credit points by choosing the subjects according to their credits are eligible for campus placements Companies like Accenture , Capgemini, Avasoft, Cognizant have made a visit to our campus for placements and highest package of our university is 25 lakhs per annum it is during when I passed out but now I don't know what's the highest package and the percentage of students who got placed is 92 My plans after degree is to work in a place where I can earn more money for time being and save the money as investment to begin a business

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid course fee of Rs130000 per year and hostel fee of Rs66000 per year and for each subject I have paid a examination fee of Rs600 and every year I have paid Rs1000-2000 for cultural events and Rs 1000 for uniforms from 2 nd year.

Campus Life

5

Every year we have culturals to celebrate and it will be celebrated by dividing all the students into four groups naming each group with kingdoms of old generation and we celebrate festivals like Holi sankranthi Dussehra diwali etc.. We have a library where we can find access to many books related to all courses And the classrooms were comfortable having capacity of 30 students per class and each class had its seperate group discussion tables. We have sports like Cricket Football Basketball Hockey Volleyball and indoor games as well

Hostel Facilities

5

Hostel contains of 5 types of rooms 12 sharing with ac , 4 sharing with no Ac , 3 sharing with AC , 2 sharing with AC and 1 sharing with AC and there is no mess for our hostel it is totally on canteens and we were given a limit of 40k per year to spend in canteens it will given through our id card and we don't have any PG hostels nearby it is totally rooms

Admission

I have applied for VIT Vellore but the course I have choosen is different from which I chosen in saveetha I got the seat in VIT Vellore but it is integrated programme of B.Tech and M.Tech both will be completed in a span of 5 years but later I got to know that this integrated course is not that much of use in our career according to the time we can complete it in 5 years which is one year less but the value it has in the market made me to withdraw my opinion on joining VIT college

Faculty

5

The faculty to student ratio is very good and my favourite faculty name is Dr.krithika and every year we have four semester having 4 subjects for each semester and four mids of subjects to be attended in a semester

Night Life

5

We don't have a gym in our campus premises but we are allowed to go out any time upto 8pm and should be present in the hostel before 10pm Campus timings were 8am to 3:30pm having 4 classes per day We have a place called Queensland it is a type of water park and other gaming activities and we can roam all the chennai

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it covers important subjects related to computer science, programming, databases, networking, and emerging technologies. The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical subjects influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum provides a good foundation in technical concepts and programming. However, more practical projects, industry-based training, internships, and real-world applications would help students become better prepared for careers and further studies.
