Course Curriculum Overview

4

No i choose this course because i am doing CMA and to balance my studies i opted for this course. The curriculum is best overall but some changes i think should be the subjects like evs est shoudnt be there in bcom

Internships Opportunities

3

I havent got any internships yet but the companies tied up with colleges are jp morgan TCS deustache bank ING vysasa etc.You can get internship opportunities in the 3rd year as told by teaches staff management and seniors

Placement Experience

3

I dont know much about placement as im in first year bcom but according to my seniors they told they were able to get placements in good companies and after there graduation many companies took there interview.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees is Rs12580 for First year bcom and it is one time payment through demand draft. Fees might differ for different caste and minorities.Tution fees admission fees development fees computer fees sports fees etc are all included in the 12580 fee

Campus Life

5

Fest like DISHA Fantasies marathi vagmay mandal offenly took place in the month of December and January.Sports groups are made and then training practice sessions are taken decided by the committee and the best part is the range and accessibility of books in library

Admission

I wanted to apply for kelkar but due to its high cutoff i wasnt able to take admission after that i applied for St. Xaviers mumbai i was able to get admission there but due to college timings i removed my admission and SIES COLLEGE OF COMMERCE AND ECONOMICS was fitting perfectly in my time cutoff and travelling

Faculty

3

Faculties are free for students to approach when in need .Exams are conducted in 2 semester every year. They are moderately difficult.the course curriculum is not much relevant like the different subjects such as evs est in bcom

Night Life

3

I do not roam around my college as my college timing is 7-11:50 and sometimes due to any work maximum time i left the college is at 4:00 pm. The best hangout spot is the sion fort we friends visit there the offenly

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good and covers important technical subjects. I choose IT because I was interested in computers and technology. It provides basic practical knowledge through lab work and projects, which is helpful for further studies. It can be improved by adding more latest technologies and practical learning. There are 2 unit tests in each semester followed by the final end sem exam. Exams are mostly moderate in difficulty.
