Likes

I love listening to songs. To be honest, it is my favourite activity to do everyday.
I love to learn new things as of now I'm trying to learn cooking.
I like riding bikes. It's been 3-4 days I have learnt to ride.

Dislikes

I hate seeing people talk about each other.
I hate it when someone I trust breaks it.
I hate it sometimes if I have to sit behind someone on a vehicle.

Course Curriculum Overview

I think I have taken a good course compared to others. In this, i get to learn about accounts as well as my subjects are related to Finance. It is certainly good to learn about both topics not entirely but it is fine.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid total 60,000 for three years of my graduation in Bachelor's of Accounting & Finance. I have been going classes and paying fees for like 15,000. Every year I am paying fees. There's scholarship that my friend is receiving every year by her marks.

Campus Life

The campus is not big enough. But I have my friends around me which I like about my college. People here are helpful as well as of professors too. I feel glad I am in this college. We have National Service Scheme in our college.

Admission

My admission process is as same as of many colleges that i applied online and then got the admission. I got rejection because the marks very not enough for the college's i applied too. It is certainly my fault for that.

Faculty

The faculty is amazing. The students are less though. My college isn't that well known. The facilities are certainly helpful in my every scenario. They are very good to us. The students yet sometimes are helpful.

Interview Experience

There wasn't any issues in the group discussion they were very calm and nice the questions were on ourselves and about our past many of the questions were depend on the education and skills i prepared myself on this bases

Night Life

In our college there's no gym. In our college there's a CANTEEN. it is remain closed sometimesz due to certain reasons. I guess those are cons. And there's no night life in our college as we spent our whole day here and get tired.

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course the placement is provided by the college at different platforms and in various hospitals . And if we want to continue for higher education that is post graduation then we can further proceed accordingly.

We are applying for the clinical posting from the 1st year only , the faculty provides us a stage to apply for the clinical posting and after graduation I would further pursue mpth in cardio and will go for hospital setups

The most likeable part would be studying mbbs at very low cost and the hostel is good with low fees
The faculty presence in each dependent and their excellence
The overalll administration of the whole college

The distance of hostel from the hospital

Government Polytechnic Thane – My College Experience

Likes

As it is government collage, but still it have high level computer labs and high end computer for hevy coding
The collage teaching staff is very friendly and supportive
The collage arrange many competitions like quiz competition, sport tournaments and celebrate many festivels with fun.

Dislikes

The collage building is too old and not have well developed sport ground
The classrooms don't have Digi board or TV for didital learning and have old blackboard
The teachers don't take regular lactures, student have to study on it's own

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good and covers important technical subjects. I choose IT because I was interested in computers and technology. It provides basic practical knowledge through lab work and projects, which is helpful for further studies. It can be improved by adding more latest technologies and practical learning. There are 2 unit tests in each semester followed by the final end sem exam. Exams are mostly moderate in difficulty.

Teaching is very good in my college, the faculty here is expert and pays well attention to the students.
It has a good competitive environment and overseas a great place to study
Good patient flow with timely clinical postings

Dislikes

Weak infrastructure,needs a lot of redevelopment in some buildings
Lack of amphitheatre and many other amenities in the campus
Hostels are not well equipped and facilities provided are poor

Curriculum is CBME one now, with all good changes like early clinical exposure, ensuring timely clinical postings of every year. It helps for the future pursuits and there are 4 exams per year with a gap of 1 to 2 months.

Likes

Faculty is good ,anti ragging campus , good environment
Ganpati and navratri is celebrated together it's amazing
Pratyush is held which has many events there's a week full of events different days are held

Dislikes

Fees is very high there's no concession as per caste it's same for everyone
Canteen food is expensive and there isn't separate canteen for ayurveda even RAIT students occupies the space
Only problem of college is it's expenses , even the building is not separate for ayurveda there's school of small kids and also hospital on 1st floor Even after paying 8 lakh college doesn't provide any lockers for students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ayurveda is the ancient knowledge of medicine which also helps us to be a good human being if you study in detail it will also improve your sanskar and you'll definitely be a great human so it's very helpful and there are many diseases which can be completely cured by ayurveda as allopathy suppress the disease or pain but ayurveda completely cures it so I choosed this field About exams it's how 3 hours periodic exams of each subject are held every month 3 periodics each for 15 marks is held then1st term exam occurs after 6 months again 3 periodic are held then 2nd term again 3 periodic of each subject then university exam is held . University is also of 3 hours but there are 2 papers for each subject except for samhita And viva is also taken even in term exams for university external teachers are there for viva and for term faculty takes the viva

College infrastructure is small. it may become boring
It has old curriculum therefore it doesn't help in active jobs
Cafeteria is also small and boring and food quality is bad

As I have mentioned previously as curriculum is old with old syllabus you may find it irrelevant. As curriculum is old you may not find useful in active jobs You may need to find extra other courses in college

Teaching staff if excellent and they clear my doubts really very well
Campus if big and nice, and also parking area.

My course is artificial intelligence and machine learning which is a really interesting diploma. We have a practical lab for practicals and computers are available to us. Exams are conducted every 2 months and then semesters.

Nice Learning Journey at GVAIET

l applied to other colleges like VJTI and Sardar Patel but got admission only at GVAIET. I chose GVAIET because of good faculty, updated syllabus, and better placements.
