Gitam life

One bad thing is supplementary exams are conducted once in a year than twice in a year. Rest of everything is fine and good. Good quality of food and peaceful environment is available and can be very satisfied here.

The difficulty of the course depends on the branch we select. Every branch has same courses in the first year. Difficulty is mostly on the core branches like mech, civil, etc Each and every semester consists of three mid exams and after sem end is conducted. Each paper consists of 5 modules and of 60 marks.

Placements are done every year by a number of companies visit gitam and provide jobs. Gitam provides courses as internships and gives permissions for visiting many companies and industries. Faculty guides us and help us to get a good intern.

Many technical and non technical events are conducted by the college. Each and every branch has their own fest or event. Events named gusac, sangarsh, etc events takes place and many personalities are invited to grace the events.

Based on the opportunities and sources provided the fees is quite satisfactory of above 2lakh per annum. Hostel fee should be payed separately of about 60 to 70k per annum. This is the fee structure of gitam.

Scholarship is provided after every semester based on the academics of attendance and the score obtained. Banks are provided in the premises of the University. Loan can be provided at the banks itself.

Extracurricular activities are conducted every year of all types of sports. Cricket stadium is newly constructed with top facilities. Gym and badminton courts are also available. Indoor games can be played at anytime.

I have written an exam called gat for admission. After the result is declared counselling will be conducted and we can confirm our seat through it. The exam will be conducted at 2 particular days. In this way we can get the admission in gitam.

The faculty here is very well qualified and are graduated at high institutions. They are ready to help us whenever necessary. Faculty will be available till 5 o clock in the evening. Sufficient technicians for labs are also provided.
