What Students Say

Likes

Faculty is very experienced and helpful. Overall learning experience is good.
Hostel environment give home vibes and comfortable.
classes run properly and syllabus complete on time

Dislikes

Hostel food was so bad. Mess staff was very lazy.
Hygiene issue as hostel cleaning staff was not good.
campus attendance biometry dnt work well.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculumn was overall good. it cover computer science, data structure and algorithm and programming knowledge. I was always interested in developing web apps and websites and by learning this course i got real world exposure to work on these projects. The exams conduct in semester wise , dec-jan and Odd sem is in may-june.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fee structure = 120000/yearly Hostel fee= 42000/yearly Registration fee= 7000/yearly college used to fill scholarship form on behalf of student in which they get fee reimbursement according to their course. Hostel Fee is exempted.

Campus Life

The overall experience was my college was amazing as there is lot of cultural program held. Srijan is the best annual proogram that held in my college as in Srijan one week before it started all preparation started and student participating in various program.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel Facilty was not so good especially hostel food. Hygiene is not maintained by mess worker. They used to make very bad taste food and mostly students order food online. The hostel fee was 42000 yearly. it was double sharing room for two girls.

Hostel Fee: INR 42000 per year

Admission

I choose this college over the other college i applied to because of its faculty and classes. The other college i applied to was Amity Noida and i didnt make it there because of hostel issue as there hostel was full. The admission process of my college was to fill there form visiting AKTU university during May-July and get enrolled. Eligibility= Science stream(maths) with 60% in 12th exam can apply.

Faculty

Faculty members was very experienced and cooperative and always ready to guide students. Even after the classes student can ask any doubts with faculty and they are ready to solve your doubts. Best faculty was maths sir as his way of teaching was amazing. Marking Scheme is in CGPA . Course structure=B.Tech(all ciruit branches)/M.tech(all branches)/ Diploma/B.PHARMA Exam system: semester wise exam

Night Life

Nightlife around my college campus was not so great but still quite good. As there is nearby some public cafeterias which organize party during new year. Hostel life is amazing but there is timing issue as hostel close at 7 p.m. Locality is not safe to roam around at night.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.
