Remarks

Positives - Good teaching Staff -Good infrastructure -90% placements -provides good food compare with any other colleges in TN -Anna University affiliated Negatives - No good principal -Encouragment in sports is less -No practical knowledge should be gain -They have unnecessariy strict rules such as clean shave etc,.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Everybody told me to take ECE ,as it will be useful to go for hardware nor software. But if u think like that it will be not useful. As core companies will recruite very less number of students.Suppose if we want to go to software then we have to learn programming languages like C,Java ,python etc.

Internships Opportunities

NO.Our college doesn't provide any internships. But they will suggest us to do internship outside the college such as NSIC,BSNL etc.it will be useful for us and we went there for the internships. It is very useful.

Placement Experience

That will be purely based on our performance. We have to work hard to be placed. We must improve our communication skills and we have to be confident while talking.Aptitude and reasoning questions will be asked.

College Events

3.5

For 3 Rd year students symposium will be conducted. And every year in March college day and Sports day will be conducted. They will conduct sports for each and every department and finally they will count the points and finally the winner will be announced.Fir both girls and boys sports will be conducted.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college fee will be about 1,25,000.Both bus facilities and tiffin, lunch facilities will be available. For hostellers 2,25,000 is the fee structure. For dayscholrs it will be less. For every year fees structure will be different.

Campus Life

4.5

Our college contains good lab equipment. And have good staff to explain about the practical labs. They are super talented. How much we use ,they will give us better output.Sports and dance will be held for the college day.Cricket team is there with good P.E.T master.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel infrastructure is perfect.I Don't think no other colleges will be as perfect as RMD in this matter. They have good maintenance. The rooms are awesome and in each room 3 students are permitted. wardens are good.

External Expense: More Than Rs.15000

Exam Structure

For 2013 regulation. There will be 10 2 marks qustns with no choices in part-A.In part -B there will be total of 10 questions which we have to answer any 5.Each qustn consits of 13 m.And part-c contains two 15 mark qustns and one qustn will be answrd.

Admission

As I am from Andra Pradesh, I got 953 marks in intermediate. But that is of no use.I joined in this college by paying donation. As the college is nearer to my home town I choose this college to join.If we use this college we can get placements.

Faculty

4.5

They are very food.My department staff always helped us in guiding throughout the course. My Hod and my Year coordinator mam motivated us to be positive in tougher situations. They are very genuine and polite with us.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

Likes

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

Placement Experience:

Chennai Institute of Technology is an instituition that truly prioritizes student career growth . They focus heavily on communication , technical knowledge and competitive preparation ,align students with what top companies expect ,and contiuosly push us to improve and meet industry standards. Their structured training helped me to clearly identify my strengths and work on my weak areas, which made a huge difference during interviews and boosted my overall confidence.
