Night view is very beautiful Around the college Some cafe is very beautiful FM Studio is nearby gym Our college is nearby Nahan Town Nahan is very beautiful place There are many temples And tourists place Like ranital Villa Round

Life at Central University of Himachal Pradesh

Likes

At Central University of Himachal Pradesh faculty was very helpful and good.
At Central University of Himachal Pradesh, Atmosphere was peaceful and amazing.
At Central University of Himachal Pradesh curriculum was good. Inter-Department subjects were included in curriculum.

Course Curriculum Overview:

History of English Literature, Romanticism were my favorite courses. Reporting and writing taught me basic concept of Journalism. It was inter school course for us. The frequency and timing of exams were good. There was semester system at CUHP, Dharamshala.

Excellent college

Likes

I like the campus of my college which was very good
The faculty that we had that time was very experienced and knowledgable
The good and positive environment which motivates us

Dislikes

The college was girls oriented only. There were no boyes
The bentches of the classrooms, there were chairs which was not comfortable
Length of the classrooms which was very large

Course Curriculum Overview:

The only curriculum that influenced me to choose that college is the cultural programs that we had. The curriculum like NCC and NSS prepare me for the real world. According to me there were not any areas that needs any improvement because everything was perfect .

Things I like about my college are, it's exterior, College building is century old and was made my Britishers, so has a beautiful building where one can sit and feel like a poet, while enjoying the scenery of Shimla, beautiful city in Himachal Prades
Another thing that I like about this college is, it's connectivity to nature, they have good size of class,and outside the window one can see the beautiful and most enchanted view of pine trees, and the most beautiful garden of college is it's plus
Point, the faculty members are really good, especially the department of English teachers are the best, they make the class activities intresting, by making them a safe interactive environment, plus the college is ragging free, and a very safe enviro

Dislikes

There are not misch thing's to hate in this college, apart from when there are harsh winters

The selection of course is done wisely as it starts from the ancient and then it goes on to the moders, during this a student gets to learn about the ancient thinking as well as how to compare and contrast it with the modern writers, this helps to thinks in a modern, and realistic ways, and will help to those who want to further take up teaching as a career, as this enlightenes the mind of the reader

Likes

My university is no proper building. And also no extra classroom.
I engaged with all the activities from university
Teacher is also very good. They are from good universities.

Dislikes

Lack of good food. Because mess is very bad food.
Lack of proper classroom and other things.
Lack of motor facility and so many things like physical activity.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm good in Hindi so i choose hindi as much like for my profession. From my course i can explore new things. And i can contribute some new novel. My interest in poetry so i can write poetry. In hindi all the philosophical aspects comes very good way.

The review based on my till experience

Likes

It has very nice campus. Very nice rooms.
I have made many friends. They are very helpful.
It has very nice library . There are very nice books and very good Atmosphere for study.

Dislikes

There are less boys as compared to girls like 3.1 ratio 3.1 .
There is drinking water only available in the ground floor.
There is no access to the Gym. It must be so boys and girls can do exercise in the gym.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am currently pursuing in ma political science. So in the future I want to be a professor in this particular subject. Its helps us improve our overall development. Teacher's are very helpful . They always helps students to solve their problems.

Remarks:

See my college exists in the remote location in Kamand but this is IIT so they are endeavoring a lot for the proper functioning of the institute Our director along with the professor has put the fulcrum of this college to flourish

Remarks:

Our college is very good in matter of education and teachers. But there's lack of exposure, faculty and infrastructure. Now university has bought the land and soon the construction work will also commence in the region.
