Proud to be a part of claras college

Likes

The faculty members are highly qualified, approachable, and always willing to help with academic or research projects.
The campus infrastructure is excellent, featuring modern labs, a well-stocked library, and great sports facilities.
Placement opportunities are robust, with many top-tier companies visiting the campus for recruitment every year.

Dislikes

The hostel mess food lacks variety and quality, which is a frequent concern among resident students.
The placement department needs improvement as more core internship and job opportunities could be provided for undergraduate finance and BMS students
There is a lack of student-accessible Wi-Fi facilities across the campus premises, which makes online research difficult during college hours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.

I applied to multiple colleges ,including Godavari college of engineeering,SSBT college,NMU Jalgaon, etc,I received confirmed admission in GHRCEM Jalgaon. I choose this college because it is an autonomous college and it offered better faculty quality, infrastucture ,placements opportunities, industry exposure. The reputaion of this college is good as compared to others.Yes I faced a rejection from number of colleges in Pune such as PICT,Modern Trinity etc because of my low jee percentile. Admisssion process requires jee or mhtcet.Students having mother tongue as HINDI is beneficial as it is a hindi minority college. The cut offs generally varies to 70 to 80 percentile (for non hindi minority students). with hindi 50 percentile will also do....Read More
