Remarks

The greatest negative point in the college is too much restrictions and rules for college timing like students once entered in college is not allowed to leave before lunch time and also many sort of fines are charged for late comers and with not proper dress code

Course Curriculum Overview

MAM is a new course which stands for master's in administrative management and it is an integrated five years course in which BBA and MBA is completed in five years for students who have compled their senior secondary education

Placement Experience

Placements and his opportunities in college are handled by the CDC department of the college and is average , every student gets job but most in average salaries . Yes there is internship provided the college with average stipend for which students have to pass both the GD and interview round

College Events

There are many events celebrated in the college which are always organised by the students of the college , the grandest event organised in college is the masfest and many other events like Sahi handi prom night Bollywood night dandiya night are organised

Fee Structure And Facilities

According to me the fee structure is feasible when compared to other college's fee's , it's not very expensive and the hostel fees is same to the other college's but the food provided to students is not preferred by the students

Fees and Financial Aid

There are scholarship available with some kind of criteria for the students of the college which I'm not totally aware of but the loan is very easy to pass and no problem is faced regarding the fees if the students apply for loans

Campus Life

Extra curricular activities , labs , sports , etc are very perfectly held in the college campus but sometimes it's free for hostelers and chargable for non hostelers students of the college and all the activities are performed by the students

Hostel Facilities

No I haven't opted for college hostel instead I'm staying in a private hostel near the college which gives comparatively more value for the money invested because college hostel has a good infrastructure but the food is not good and the faculties of the college are good

Yaa seniors are helpful in every situations whether we take an example of college academic or hostel issues faced by any student or any other situation whether in campus or out of the campus . So yaa seniors are helpful.

Admission

I applied for the course then I had to go through an interview round after a GD round which was very easy to pass and no issues were faced regarding the college admissions by any student of the college.

Faculty

The college faculty provided pretty much an upper hand to the college when compared to the other college's in India , the faculties are well educated and experienced and are always ready to help their students

Likes

The cafeteria is now wide and also breathable as they worked on infra
There faculties are knowledgable and also cooperative
The functions here make students involve to showcase their hobbies on stage

Dislikes

The washroom area should be more good and hygiene
The placement journey is little tough for us and m
The warden behavior sometimes very rude towards students of hostel

Likes

The faculties were friendly and approachable.
There was multiple sports ground, a cafeteria and libraries as well adding to the student requirements.
The overall college life was vibrant as multiple other extracurricular activities was organized from time to time.

Dislikes

The food menu was repetitive and be a lot more better.
Labs could use a bit more maintenance. Although, well equipped a few things was missing from it.
More practical is needed especially for a subject like agriculture.

Placement Experience:

The placement is decent and growing evey year. The students are eligible for campus placements from 3rs year itself. The highest placemet going up to 85LPA and the average placement package being about 6-7 LPA.

Placement Experience:

In my course bachelor of pharmacy the average you got 400000 lakes per year and approximately 80 to 90% student got placement, but some student go for the own business and start her new life with a good journey. That's all.

The asthethics of collge, few faculties are genuinely nice and hardworking.

Dislikes

They are more revenue oriented rather than student's career , they can do anything to get money out of you. They post fines on your ERP ID without any prior knowledge or information. They ask for money for everything such 5000 caution money is mandat
They dont listen to the student they dont respect student's life or student itself. If you give them money then only they will listen to you otherwise they will treat you like a trash. They dont respect student's feelings or student's mental health..

Placement Experience:

The placements are quite low, there are no great companies are coming the packages are also quite low like for bba its 3-4 lac p.a For mba its 6-7 lac p.a. Not very good companies are coming for recruitment especially finance companies.

From 7 semester student are eligible for placement. There are various plywood industries and forest base non Timber industries and cricket industries. The highest average package is like 4.5 lakh per year.

From 3 or 4 semester the students will become eligible for campus placement. Lots of companies and hospital employees come here for placement job . And take our interviews . They heir us give the job with good salaries .. above 60% marks students get placement with handsome salary. With a satisfying way . There is a lots of plan of mine to take a job in good hospital with good service and salaries with good staff with good coordination. To help patients to operate them and save their life as possible as I can do.

DBS: Best Business School of Uttarakhand

I gave exams for a plethora of colleges out of which i was selected for more than five of them including DBS. However i went with DBS as for the bachelor's course the fees was reasonable, the placement opportunities were satisfactory and above all it is a business school afterall which gives it all the more points if one is interested in the management course. There are many go abroad choices for the students as well. "What I wish I knew before admission"

So basically I did my graduation from dehradun city and I am from non commerce background where I was confused about choosing this course for me. So for some months I studied for entrance exams for mba but study was not consistent and I left studying for it in between, so later I decided to pursue mba from dehradun itself and the first few options were UPES , IMS and DBS, so first I applied for IMS College and my admission got confirmed there fees was approx half of my current college, and I did not apply for UPES because it was too expensive and I wanted to take education loan, and it would not be possible to get huge amount of education loan. so for DBS I read many reviews and watched YouTube videos online through I understood that this college does provide placement opportunities and vast learning experience, so I decided to go for this one as IMS College did not have good reputation in terms of placement. and I also have one schoolmate pursuing mba from the DBS college sp I interacted with him before joining college. So admission process in our college includes interview and essay writing test for those students who have not given any entrance exam. So I appeared for the online interview which took around 25 to 30 minutes to complete and then followed with essay writing test, which I had to submit to the online portal,then after 1 or 2 days I received mail from college for the selection hence I got the admission. Talking about the experience of admission it was smooth and professional when it was online but when it comes to offline on the registration day and later when I wanted information and help regarding day 1, it was bad experience. And also on day 1 there was no smooth process of verification of documents and registration, as account department there is really bad and they don't respond to students properly.
