Course Curriculum Overview

Since Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning is emerging to be the greatest technology in the future, I opted to choose AIML as my course in B.Tech. I think teaching students practical implementation of subjects would be better. We have semester exams every 4-5 months

Class Size: 3000Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements in our college are very good. Most of the students get placed in campus placements. I want to get placed in a good company and get a high paid job after btech. Many big companies like Google, TCS, Amazon, Infosys, Goldman Sachs and many more visit our college for placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

It is 50000 per year and I'll be getting reimbursement from government since I got admitted into college through AP EAMCET. We pay career development fees of 25000 every year for placement training, 20000 every year for mess fees, 20000 as registration fees every year and 2500 exam fees each semester

Campus Life

Our college has many clubs seperate for each branch in which all students can participate and interact with others. Our library is very good and it has a very big collection of books. There are many sports, ncc activities in college.

Admission

I chose Mohan Babu University since it has very good placements and it also has the highest package of 60LPA which is pretty high. In our area this is the only college which provides such high placements. I didn't face any rejection from other colleges. I used to think in my intermediate to join SVU but after intermediate i got to know about better placements in MBU than SVU, so I chose this college.

Faculty

Most of the faculty members are well educated and highly qualified. They teach well. But some faculty members are biased, I don't want to mention his name but he used to teach us Environmental studies in second semester, he used to show bias upon students. Except for him, I like all other faculty members. Semester exams are not that difficult, all our subjects are relevant to our curriculum

Night Life

There are a lot of cafeterias and restaurants out here at college, students can go out and have a feast at night time for dinner. This locality is safe for students at night and the security is high for girls .

A Great Learning Experience at Ashoka

Likes

I like that every faculty in our college supports and encourage each and every student to get placed. I also like the Training and Placement Department because they regularly organized aptitude, communication, technical trainings .
I like the innovative teaching method in our college, where we undergo with different activities that makes us to understand the concepts in an easy way

Dislikes

Network issue in college environment as well as in hostel

Placement Experience:

Campus placements start from the 3-2 semester with pre-placement training, aptitude test, coding rounds and interviews. Companies like HSBC, Prowess soft, ADP, Infinite computer solutions and many more companies visited the campus for recuritment. The average package is around 3.5 LPA while the highest package is 16.43 LPA in 2026 and varies each year. I was selected by Infinite Computer Solution in 4-1 semester itself with a package of 4.5 LPA. After my graduation, I plan to build my career in software development and enhance my techinal skills.

All the aspects are updated and modern technology, smart class rooms, seminar halls, Labs, core labs, PPT presentations etc.
the engagement with campus was very good and memorable in life, Social interactions are decent. campus Amenities was super. Clean Campus
most of the faculty Ph.D. holders and All the curriculum subjects up to date. everything is job market

Our College placements is very good, 150+ Companies visted our college and more than 990+ Students placed in Companies recently, our college hightest package was 22LPA and visited companies like, Infosys, TCS, Meesho, EvokeTechnologies, Envidia, Deloitte, Snovasys, TATA electronics, Meil, Cntl S. Etc.

VIIT - What all you need.

Likes

Infrastructure at the college is good and facilities are available.
Faculty will teach the complete syllabus nd if any student is having doubts, they can approach the faculty to get their doubts clarified.
Regular, assessment tests are being conducted to know the knowledge of the students.

Dislikes

Multiple tests to assess students in various aspects.
More co-curricular and extra curricular activities have to be there.

Placement Experience:

The college offers placements to its students. The college invited more than 30 software companies to the college annually where students can apply based on the criteria mentioned by the company and interest of the students. The placed students count is also good compared to the eligible students count.

Pace institute of technology and sciences have 26 clubs to train the students on their interested path (like Ml club for machnine learning and AI club for knowing the technologies in AI) it also have NCC and NSS
The college culture wasvery good and management also helpful and supportive, it also have modernised auditorium for guding the huge member of students and to conduct high level meeting in the college it also have good transport facilites
this college have well maintained digital class rooms with good projector facility and advanced smart board equipped seminar hall

Placement Experience:

Every students eligible for placements in the 3rd year, Top Mnc companies visit the campus like Infosys, TCS, Meesho, Deloite, Meil, control s, etc. highest placement is 22 Lakhs per anum and the average package is 6LPA it provides perfect placement with top companies have supperate cell for training and placement with highlyknowldged faculty.

Likes

I like the infrastructure of my university
College life is very good and there will be no stress
The Teaching and non teaching staffs are very good and supportive

The thing I disliked is the timings of the classes
Another thing is to travel for long time if you are local

I would rate the circulam 10 out of 10 because in our cirrculum we will learing skills like dbms, full stack which will we useful in our placements. we have two mid examinations first 50% of the syllabus will be on mid1, another 50% will be mid2 and one semeter end exam.

Likes

Very disciplined college, rules are very strict in shirt tuck shoes mandatory for boys along with id card.
Other activities like functions,events participations is good
Infrastructure and maintenance is very good

Dislikes

They will ask you to pay full fee before government disperse the amount
Barely communicate between opposite genders due to strict rules
Placements from past year is not up to the mark

Actually for every 6 months we have to complete one semester,due to Covid in our batch time we completed the course quite fast,after Covid the classes are done according to the time and we also participate multiple hackathon to represent out ideas and some skill oriented programming organisations

the thing i like more in our college is firstly dicipline
the thing i like in our college are more but mostly we can say friendly and experienced faculty
in my college every topic is explained practically it is very help fullfor our studies

i dont like the thing our college management dont allow us to bring mobile to college
second thing was we not even permiable to talk with opposite gender freely
some of the rules in our college represent a school

My Experience at Mohan Babu University

I applied to multiple colleges during my admission process, including VIT (AP), SRM AP, KL University, and a few local engineering colleges through AP EAPCET. I received confirmed admission from Mohan Babu University and a couple of tier-2 private colleges, while some higher-ranked universities either had higher cutoffs or much higher fees. I chose Mohan Babu University (MBU) mainly because of its strong infrastructure, disciplined academic environment, and relatively better placement support compared to other colleges where I got admission. While SRM AP and VIT AP had good brand value, their overall fees were significantly higher, including hostel and miscellaneous charges.
