the thing i dont like to much strictness of the managment of the college . anuggonj fest fight is also worst part of our university.

Course Curriculum Overview

I'm disappointed by the course curriculum it is not well standardised it should be more related to the industry like newly Pgdm courses And like iim provide A huge industry exposure. aspects That influenced my decision to choose this course was That I'm good at this skill . The curriculum doesn't prepare for real world application you have to grab a new skills make a new network by joining different clubs then you will only be eligible for industry. The areas for improvement I'm looking at course curriculum should be more focused on industry based and teachers should be more versatile in teaching

Internships Opportunities

Intensive opportunities are available in the college if you have a proper school you will definitely get an internship in a top companies like Cars24 , magic pin , And Ola also. In my batch everyone got internship . I got an internship in Magicpin at stipend of 5000. The project I made was a Financial model of Magic pin during my internship . You will definitely get an internship in this university if you have a good control in your skill.

Placement Experience

Student become eligible for campus placement from the 3rd semester only. The companies that visited our college are magicpin , uber , cred, ola, cars24, genpact ,blinkit . highest Package of our university is around 13,00,000. average is around 250000. Median is 4,00,000. The percentage of student getting placed are around 60% only and rest are not placed. I am placed so my plan after getting his degree is to join a job at cars 24. no of offers total made till now is 40 only and rest are not placed right now.

Fees and Financial Aid

the Year wise fees I'm paying to my university is 10000 lakh per year . my course is of 2 years so that cumulative fees of my college for the MBA course is 2,00,000 . There is relaxation in SC St quota fees if you are from the Delhi . All the other states quota are not Valid. There is no management quota in our University. Every year 25,000 is provided to the EWS student if you do not have a backlog in any subject .

Campus Life

The annual fest organised by our college Is Anugoonj In the month of February every year. A whole building is dedicated to A central library for all the courses it it have a huge collection of different courses different books . The facilities and technological provision in the classroom is basically a new smart board in some classroom only Well working high speed wifi . The sports and extracurricular activities is organised every year in the month of December where all the universities affiliated college also participates. There are club like marketing club which is known as vipnan . I'm also a member of NSS

Hostel Facilities

hostel room will be having a one Fan and one cooler with a balcony . Room is very small. Meal quality is good They provide a healthy diet they have included a chicken biryani, Paneer ,Dosa , poha chowmein everyday has a different food as per the menu . The rented room near a college will be costly as compared to hostel provided by our university. Registration process for our hostel is to fill the form by going to the college after getting a seat allotme in a counselling . I think the meal quality and menu what has been decided by the mess is best .

Admission

I didn't get rejected from other colleges as I was living in Delhi and I want to get a admission in Delhi College only so Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University was best choice for me and the exposure of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha university I was looking for. You can take the admission in this call is by giving IPUCET and by giving cat also and after that you have to fill the counselling form of ip counseling and if you are if your cut off matches your score Then you will get a seat in the university

Faculty

Exams are very frequent there is 2 Midsem 1 end Sem And every week class test Internal practical and external practical before completion of semester . Internal marks are very difficult to score as you have to maintain a good relation with a professor and you have to Excel in Midsem exam and you have to be active in the classroom . Exams level are very easy if you study in a class what professor teach that only come in the exam . the faculties to student ratio is 60:1.

Night Life

The nightlife of our college is average. There is no gym in our college there are two to three cafeterias near the main Auditorium . Public areas like cafeterias and library closing time is 5:00 PM. hostel and campus in timings Are morning 7 AM to 5:00 PM only . Famous hangout place in our college is near the hostel only . The locality is 100 percent safe for all the girls boys that is because proper patrolling is done by police .

The companies coming for internships are great
The experienced faculty who came from IIMs
The experienced clubs and their guidance

Dislikes

There is bit of mismanagement experienced,
There is last minute information available at the end moment
Disclarity in information throughout the whole semester

Placement Experience:

It is okay and it is based on luck of the student more than hardwork. You also have to network super well to get into good dream companies. It is a good place to get it out of luck through ATS sysytem.

One of the strongest aspects of the institute is the faculty and the academic environment. Frequently members are generally experienced and approachable.
The teaching methodology includes case studies, presentation, group, assignments, group, discussions, projects, and practical assignments.
Another positive aspect is the exposure to corporate and professional life.

Placement Experience:

Lbsim has a structured campus placement process with participation from companies across sectors, such as consulting FMCG, IT/ITES , BFSI, marketing and operations. The institute provides students with placement preparation through aptitude test, mock interview interviews, group discussion, resume, building and corporate interaction.

course curriculum is relevant and mostly what the market wants in future and whats coming ahead for us. Python is taught as its going to be huge ahead and other things are also added. There is not much gap between mid term and end term as trimester are short.

Likes

We have well maintained library with more than 40000 books and documents, there are study cabins and all facilities required to have a productive day
There ample opportunites provided to students to amp up their game. The clubs and societies themselves take initiative to provide certifications to students, more than case comps are floated and students are encouraged to take part in them
The level of discipline and commitment expected of us is very similar to the other top MBA colleges, multiple assignments, deadlines, case submissions etc. The curriculum also requires students to make use of resources like Bloomberg and prowess.

Dislikes

The quality of cohort can be better. The quality is deteriorating from the senior batch to the juniors
Not being a residential insititute is a big challenge, as the load of work is the same as any residential insitute but most students also have additional buden of travelling which becomes very taxing in the long run.
There is some level of politics that goes on in student societies which can become toxic sometimes.

Placement Experience:

The college actively provides placement support, students are eligible for placements from the first trimester itself. Last year more than 150 companies took part in the placement process. The highest offer made was 24 LPA and the average was 12.32 LPA. 99% of the 2026-2028 batch got placed by April 2026.

Maims college detailed review

I applied to several colleges that include Dtu that is Delhi technological University and DU Delhi University. I got accepted in Dtu for the course BBA and I chose MAIMS GGSIP for BBA instead of Dtu because Dtu was very far away from my home and each lecture IN Dtu was of two so it was quite impossible for me to take it, and the lectures were also very boring. The attendance and Dtu was also very strict. We need to maintain a minimum of 80% attendance in Dtu in order to be able to give exams and not get the bar, but whereas in Maims, the attendance seen pretty chill and Maims is also near to my home as compared to Dtu NDU, I got admitted to Keshav Mahavidyalaya for the course of mathematical sciences and I didn't choose that college because that course was irrelevant for me. I selected it by mistake. No, I didn't get a rejection from other colleges that I applied. I got accepted and all, and still I chose names because Memes was the best decision I feel as it was quite near to my home and attendance scene is also pretty chill when filling for DUI actually made my preference list in a different order due to which the colleges that I wanted were cancelled out and hence I was not able to fill those colleges, so the admission process of my college is pretty simple. Three exams are accepted for my college. Either you can give the CETIP exam and you can get good marks in it to get admission or you can get admission through your CUET score a good CET score around 400 out of 600 marks is appreciable and also you can get admission in the management. My honest experience at a GGSIPU university

I choose this: mainly because it comes under GGSIPU, which is a government university and has decent reputation. I had applied only to GGSIPU College, as they are reliable, a affordable compare to private colleges and located close to my home, which was an important factor for me. Compare to all the private colleges, this college is better value for money and more structured academic environment. I did not apply to many other universities or there were no major rejection the cut-off for Jesus IP usually moderate for Dallas student. It is quite high for outside the due to the 85% Delhi Kota and 15% Kota for other states. The admission process of JIJSIP starts with filling the application form followed by online counselling based on J rank seats are loaded online and after seat a lot, my students had to visit the loaded College for verification to complete the admission process or all the admission proc is smooth and well organised....Read More
