Course Curriculum Overview

5

I chose BE Biomedical Engineering because I wanted to pursue something which is related to both medical and engineering. College does compel and recommends internship for students in relevant fields. Faculties do assist in seminar conduction which can ace in academics.

Internships Opportunities

5

Cyrix Private Limited is one of the major internship centre for our department. Also many other Internship centres are there in coimbatore. The main roles offered for internship is Biomedical intern or application intern.

Placement Experience

4

Students became eligible for placement from 5th semester onwards. Approximately 20 companies has visited the college and made around 10-15 offers. Around 75% get placed for sure. My plan is to pursue masters abroad somewhere.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have been paying one lakh and sixty six thousand per year. Eighty Thousand is the Tution fee which includes materials and everything per year. Eighty Thousand is the Hostel Fee and six thousand is Placement fees. My friends are paying the same amount as me, although one of my friend is paying twenty thousand more than me due to late admission.

Campus Life

4

There is Annual day, Sports Day Symposium, Food Fest, Women's Day these are planned around February to April. Mostly every books are available in the library. Faculties teaches real case studies through videos and photos. There are many clubs available including Uyir club, women's club etc.

Hostel Facilities

5

There is attached bathrooms within the room as well as study tables and double cots and two fans. The quality of meal can vary time to time but mostly it is good. Veerappanur or Velanthavalam is famous for providing student apartments and PGs.

Admission

I haven't looked to any other colleges, this college was my first option and became my first priority due to the college facilities. Even though compared to other colleges, I think my college is way better in studies and academics, the pass percentage is way higher in this college

Faculty

5

The faculty to student ratio is 1:4. Faculties are very approachable. Ruxana ma'am and nandhakumar sir, they are really supportive and very friendly and I think they are the best faculties. I don't particularly dislike any faculties. There are 2 internal exam and a model exam.

Night Life

3

Our college do have Gym facilities and a cafeteria as well as vaste land of public area. Hostel students must leave hostel by 8.40 am and get in the hostel by 6.00 pm. The Student Garden and college corridor as well as the Cafeteria are famous hangout places

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it covers important subjects related to computer science, programming, databases, networking, and emerging technologies. The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical subjects influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum provides a good foundation in technical concepts and programming. However, more practical projects, industry-based training, internships, and real-world applications would help students become better prepared for careers and further studies.
