This is one of the best NIT in India , new academic is on the verge of completion also we have the best hostel , mega hostel (hostel j and hostel-k ) in this hostel we have single room occupancy for each and every student .
Course Curriculum Overview
My course curriculum is computer science and engineering in which u have various subject related hardware and software including coding. We have all total of 8 semester in which in each semester we have one mid semester and one end semester.
Placement Experience
In terms of placement of nit Jamshedpur, our rank is 9 , last year according to the data of training and placement cell we have the percentage of 92 which is just awesome . Most of the students got placed. I think our college don't provide any sort of internship or if they are giving , I haven't done there Internship.
College Events
OJASS- It is annual techno management of nit Jamshedpur which is second largest in East India in terms of cash prize. There are 20 lakh cash prize for various competition organised during the fest Culfest- It is the cultural fest of our college. Student from various colleges come here to participate in various events. Also many celebrities visit during the fest.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Yes fee structure is really expensive. There are all total of 8 semester in which in each semester we have to pay 1,04,500 which is not affordable for many student so the generally take loan which can be easily availed from SBI Bank Nit Branch.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes for those who cannot afford the fee structure, loans can be easily availed from SBI nit Jamshedpur branch present inside the college campus. Also those who have income less than 5 lakh will get fee remission.
Campus Life
Almost every hostel has volleyball court and 4th year boys hostel has cricket ground , 2 basketball court. we have tsg in which all student play badminton who are Interested. All the sports facilities are available inside our college.
Hostel Facilities
Yes for student of nit Jamshedpur, hostel is compulsory for each and every student, all student have to pay mess fee, all facilities are available in hostel like electricity and water etc . We have single room allotted for every student.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network of our college is just awesome as many of our alumunus in very high high post in different companies and we feel very proud for them. Seniors are very helpful as they helps in whichever field we want , they provide us the book which is necessary.
Admission
I have cleared jee main 2017 conducted by CBSE all over the India in which approx 1200000 sits in which I have got 14723 and I have got computer science in this college.Then I got admitted to this college.
Faculty
Faculty of nit Jamshedpur are just excellent. Most of them have done there masters and very expert in there field and are ready to help in whichever way we want. They also compel us to do some innovative work and some startup.
