Course Curriculum Overview

5

Law has many fields and most importantly it's a course which allows you a free had as law students dont chase jobs like engineers or other graduates. This was one of my motivation and therefore I chose this cours. Our course though I am still in my 1st semester but have all the things which I know will make me learn all the characteristics of law.

Internships Opportunities

5

Law firms and Karnataka High Court senior advocates have tie-ups with our college and therefore our notice board is always full of requirements. Mostly it's the junior roles which are assigned to us as we are still in sophomore year.

Placement Experience

5

It's the law firms like Wadia Gandhy, Dsk Legal, Trilegal and others. Some merchant bankers too are now a part of our placements thing and this is where it is getting interested as we are getting to explore new opportunities. Pay as of now is around 4-5 LPA but I hope it increases to atleast 10 by 2030.

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise fees of KLE law college is 1.4 lakhs. However this is my first year and therefore we had some deposit fees and also registration charges of around 6000 is what we had to pay. State has some scholarship programs specifically for girls and almost every girl is allowed to claim that and get a minimum of 10% scholarships on their fees.

Campus Life

5

Small and beautiful campus with top buildings and all the buildings have every facility which will make you saw, WoW. Two auditorium as one is used for seminars while the other one for events. Sports ground is there and so is a seminar hall which is world class. Cultural and academic events keeps happening as it has just been a month and I have already seen two events at our college.

Admission

Admission are through CLAY scores and obviously being a Bangalore Girl, NLSIU was my first choice. Clat score of mine was around 12000 and DNLU and GNLU Silvassa were available but I was happy without an NLU Tag as KLE law college is definitely better than lower ranked or newly established NLUs.

Faculty

5

About their skills and teaching potency in making us understand is needless to describe as they have to be one of the best as that is why our college has stayed at the top. More than studies one of the best learning which my favourite professor Nidhi Gupta has given me is to improve eating habits.

Night Life

5

Our college is located on Mysuru Road and is 22 kms from the main city. It's an amazing area as we have no traffic around the college and college bus is what we commute through. Highway Inn and other restaurants are there but I am happy that our campus has most facilities and therefore we hardly have to step out.

Placement Experience:

The placements of Christ University Bangalore, are pretty decent. Students are eligible to get placements for the 9th semester, and there are a lot of companies that come for campus placements like Shardul Amrchnad Mangaldas and Cyril Amrchand Mangaldas, Khaitan, Puviyah and co., Trilegal and etc. The highest placement that went last year was 23 lakh, and the average placement is 6-7 lakhs. My plan is to do litigation after getting a degree.

Placements are okay not so good because of the field as Law doesn't have much placements because it is only given in corporate sector and other things people only have to get employment like for Self employment.

Placement Experience:

The university has a placement cell which is helpful. They help us get internships in which place we want (only if we are eligible). The placements are nice which are reported by the seniors. We got to know that most of the seniors had a starting package of 7L per annum.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is the best in karnataka for a pvt law school, and ranked top 13 in india for law schools. Its very convenient for bangaloreans to attend here as of its location. They have a very well built campus and infra which is clean and green. The course is application oriented. We have a lot of moots, trials and other legal competitions held within and outside college, helps in real life law. We have tests every month and 2 end sem examsn in a year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

A professional course with the best college fees is the main perks of this college. It is even a Joseph's College, which is one of the best colleges in Bangalore. We have certificate courses, outreach programmes, committee events, etc. The teaching method is interesting, teachers don't rely on textbooks but on activities, cases, programmes, etc. The cousre is not difficult or not easy, so it's moderate. If you study, you can easily ace it. We have to go for internships too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course for three reasons: read, write and speak. The first two I love and the last I wanted to improve. Law as a career gives you opportunity to learn these skills. The faculty student ratio is 1:60. Our batch of 180 is divided among three sections. It has trimester system, which means you'll have exam every three months.
