Remarks

Yes, the college is very budget friendly and the college is located right near the city. It faces no difficulty in electricity, water and internet. It has almost all the equipments and tools needed. One drawback is that the college doesn't have a permanent campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course is well defined and easily understand. There is everything you need to know about the field of agriculture. The exam structure is okay. Every semester there are two minor exams each of 15 marks, one main exam of 60 marks and 10 marks for attendance and assignments.

Placement Experience

2.5

I don't know about that. Cause sometimes the placements come and sometimes the placements didn't come. When it comes it comes with a bang. Students get the opportunity very easily and are hired by different companies from different part of India.

College Events

3.5

Teachers day - celebrated in remembrance of Guru Nanak we students organise and function and praise the teachers. independence day, republic day, freshers day, parting social, techaura - it's a national level engineering event where students from Engineering and science background come and participate in different events. and advent Christmas.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's feasible. It's quite reasonable compared to other colleges. You can have no trouble taking admission here even if you're a middle class family. No extra free is added, we only pay for what we get.

Fees and Financial Aid

We have MOMA scholarship scheme, State scholarship scheme and Uday Ishan scholarship scheme. Every students can apply for the scholarship if they meet the criteria. Once the criteria is fulfilled and met and application is approved, the scholarship starts coming.

Campus Life

3.5

Yes the college has a lab. And we also organise sports meet along with the faculties. They are pretty good, the students enjoy a lot, learn a lot and gain a lot. They're gain lots of physical activities too.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they are very helpful, they help fresh students to stand on their feet. They teach us what to do and what not to do. They help us in studies, both practical and theory. The love of the alumni for the college is very powerful.

Admission

I got selected through JEE. Here the selection process of though entrance exam, state quota and JEE. Students get in through JEE or entrance exam or through their own state quotas. But there are limited seats.

Faculty

4

The faculties are highly professional and well qualified. They teach at the best quality and try to let us learn by yourself also. They are the best lecturers in the whole University. They spend countless time trying to perfect us.

Course Curriculum Overview:

After learning about all the different courses I thought of going for soil science as it is the basis of all the other agricultural sciences. Practical classes exposes us to various real world experiences. The only area where our college can improve is providing better facilities for practicals. The frequency is timing of exams is very comfortable.

Placement Experience:

There was a very organised department which was solely engaged in the placement and related services for the members of different courses and the placement cell was knowledgeable. The university admission cell plays a significant role since the training and placement committee is responsible for all aspects of the placement process and also assists with it. The batch's top compensation package was over 12 LPA.

Remarks:

The college is lacking in terms of facilities which was present in colleges with lower cutoffs. Working so hard for JEE and then getting a college like this one demotivates and irritates a lot. Positive things are like the campus is beautiful and a few alumini are good.
