Course Curriculum Overview

5

yes we have options to take electives and curriculum is good compared to other colleges but we are having huge syllabus . that to questions based on real world related and it will updates every year . the area improvement in the course is if we get more labs and less theory and 3 subjects per sem would be better and teaching methods is good . in isa if we get some gap subject to subject that would be better to score marks now it is little hard

Internships Opportunities

5

we are getting more internships offers from apple , meesho and deshow which is arround 2 lakhs per month and from flipkart is 70000 rs per month and more and except that we have research interns in university which is better option we are having 5 mini projects on every sem and one big capstone projcet in last 2years

Placement Experience

5

from 5th sem your are eligible for sitting placements in pesu we get 500+ companies and 2000+ offers in that major amazon, flipkart, apple, jp morgen more. the highest salary that i seen is 69 lpa package . meesho offered 58LPA and apple offered 52lpa Packages . 90% students getting placed here my plan to do mtech in pesu

Fees and Financial Aid

For 3year Btech in computer science engineering (Lateral entry) that iam paying 1,30,000 rs per year iam through dcet exam from kea so for me 130000rs which includes all fees like labs ,exams , tutionsfees all. and my friends from jee mains they are paying 550000rs per year and one of my friend from sc he is paying around 700rs except all payed by govt by using scholarship. in our Pes University we are getting 2 scholarships one is Prof. MRD scholarship it is 50% tution fee waver for top 5% and another Prof. CNR Rao scholarship it is 40% tution fee waver for next 20% students. and for hostels we need to pay extra 1,50000 per year .

Campus Life

5

Maaya is the biggest fest doing in pesu in october - november in every year along that here all events done for example dasera , dil se diwali, kannada kota , more . we are having biggest library and as well as we are having e library in laptop we can access all books and we have ieee papers access as well the facilites is good we have big tv and recorded classes access after class and more. they encarage extra curriculat actives a lot because we are having more clubs to do that. yes we have student portel as well for all works like attendence, isa results and fees, study meterials etc . and we have student groups in whatsapp , instagram and reddit

Admission

i have applied for rv university i got selected but i choose pes university because compared to other colleges pes would offer better placements and feture mentoring so i choose this colleges. yes i aaplied bmsce but i got rejected because for dcet rank is less ans catagory . to get addmission in pes university you have 3 options 1. kcet/dcet = for this write exam you will get rank in that bellow 1000 are elegible it will varies year to year 2. jee mains score mostly above 94% 3. management quota admission experience is easy process

Faculty

5

the faculty members are very friendly with students if we are having doubts we are having better doubts support from faculity the best faculities i like is Prema , Ruby diwakar the explainations are very good and they will teach better easy then others . raju the faculity who i dont like because new faculity and teaching way is not comfertable there are two isa's and one esa exam for sem isa's are very tough and esa is little easy compared in that 20-25% fails. course curriculum is like we need to focus most on application type questions

Night Life

5

gym in college is more usefull with more facilities to students like hot water as well and more cafeteries to hanout in campus with all types of food library for peace study and mrd centers for games , hostel timings is 8 o clock and colleges timings 8 o clock in morning to 1 oclock or in labs 3 o clock . hangout places are cricket ground and mrd student center and cafe coffie day .yes safe in night

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is a mix of both Computer Science and AIML which is increasingly relevant in today's world. Second year: Subjects like Mathematics for AIML, Data Structures, Stats for Data Science, Computer Networks, Third year: DBMS, ANN, ML operations Some other elevtives are also available and courses like Universal Human Values, POME, EIPR etc. Honestly, POME, EIPR, UHV should have less course credits and probably MCQ type exams (like IC and Yoga in first year). Curriculum is good and updating for applications helped along with projects. Exams are generally once in a month, 1.5 - 2 units for each subject each exam. Lab exams at the very end before CIE marks finalization. Then 2 weeks gap for Lab SEE, then 1 week gap and actual SEE's.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally, I was interested in ECE course since I liked working around chips and was intrigued by how they worked, which is what led me to choosing this course. The curriculum is not the best for real-world applications since the syllabus is pretty outdated. The teaching does involve smart boards and can be visual as well, but it can be utilized better by the professors. A semester lasts for around 5 months, with the last month only involving SEE (Semester End Examinations) and the first four months consisting of 2 CIE tests in the 2nd and 4th months. It also involves practical examinations.

Placement Experience:

KSIT has an average placement rate of 70%-85% depending on the branch . CSE,ISE and ECE branches have higher placements while mechanical and civil have fewer opportunities in IT sector . Average package is about 4-6LPA . KSIT attracts many IT based recruitiers with some core companies for non -IT branches . It also provides pre-placement training, coding boot cams, aptitude tests and soft skills development . Alumni network is moderate, but students need off-campus efforts for high paying jobs

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course I adopted since I couldn't do my neet. In 2nd year I thought of taking CSE . I GOT MANY SEATS IN OTHER COLLEGES FOR OTHER COURCES. But I wanted to adopt only CSE based . I mean social or economical or design thinking and scientific foundation.. these courses are of no use while learning engineering so this might be the drawback . Exams are conducted very strictly in our clg and I appreciate that !
