Remarks

Positive remark about college is good environment and good learning culture in college provided with all modern amenities and facilities etc and negative remarks about college is placement they need to improve on placements such as core company etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

According to me the is best in the good infrastructure and good place to learning the things the Civil engineering department has teacher with highest PhD holders in our college nearly 18 PHD holders teacher in our college our teacher is so friendly and very comfortable with them work with them but coming to placement civil engineering is didn't come any core company in college they LL place from in software Field Overall college placement is 40% onlyov er all 7 out 10 I can grade the college

Now coming to placement there is only placement for software engineering field such as CS, EC etc and coming to my civil engineering placement no company LL come for placements.only IT field people LL get placed

College Events

Events in colleges are teacher day we celebrate and students day we celebrate and fresher day and sundoff day LL there in college and college LL make ethnic day and final sunoff to all senior who getting out from college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

College is as indicated by government of Karnataka (Karnataka examination authority) they specify the college fee and the college will collect extra amount such as library fee, exam fees, extra-curricular fees etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Loan facility is not provided by college. you have to take loan from banks so many banks provide loans for students in college such as syndicate bank, Bank of Baroda , corporation bank, Bank of India etc.

Campus Life

Now coming about labs. labs are very good with new modern equipment and latest software there in college and they support digital in all over college and coming to sports our college good in sports and college have one various awards in sports and other activities

Hostel Facilities

If we take hostel there are two boys hostel and one girl hostel and hostel fees is prescribed by the college and mess facility is also ther and fees is also prescribed by college and hostel is very good and very good maintained in hostel.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

Yes alumni are good in college and they give reference to find out job and many of the alumni are good position in various private company and government sector.they are always connected to college and they help in growth of college

Admission

Through government of Karnataka conduct exam that is CET for students to take admission in Engineering after writing exam merit list will come and from that we get college admissions the admission process is controlled by government of Karnataka (Karnataka examination authority)

Faculty

Faculty is very good and very co-operative to do new things and creative thing's. Faculty have more experience in the field they LL give u all the new things that is going in market and they teaching is ultimate and very easy way teach us to understand to things

A great place for learning and career growth

Placement Experience:

Excellent placement training and reputed companies visit the campus. I had received offers from three companies which reflects the quality of opportunities available. Placement is one of the college's biggest strength. Student with no backlog and good academic records will get easily placed.

My life at CMR - University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects like: we had 2 internal exams in the semester and after completing these internal exams roughly at the 5th month we had practical exam + end semester exams, these exams would be mainly theory based inclusing some conceptual based questions & based on our understanding only, we can able to write the answers. One thing, I would suggest was we shall give more weightage to the practical based learning, that too during our days we were just the beginning of AI & Iot era was effectively going on, if we had some advanced eductaion covering these aspects we would have got the opportunity to shine more in our carrers. As a student, we faced slight diffuclities and challenges matching the real-life happenings with the acdemics, that would be one of the shortcoming I can say.

My campus life so far

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the curriculum is well planned, balanced and easy to follow. We start with the basics and along with theory there's a good amount of coding practice, assignments, and hands on learning. I like that the course isn't just about passing exams, it also focuses on building skills that will be useful later for internships and placements. So far it feels relevant, practical and not overwhelming for someone who's just starting out.

One of the best colleges or universities for B Tech and pocket friendly

Placement Experience:

The College was there for more than 10 years , but there was only Post graduate courses available , like M-tech , Msc , etc. The College for B-tech has started just before 2 years , there are no batches which has been output till now. The students are also waiting to see the batches to get output and see the placements taking place. As a student I am also eager about the campus placements.

Based on the CET ranking I had online councelling in which I had selected something around 14 to 18 colleges according to the rank list based on previous year data.
