Remarks

Good environment to study. And class based lectures. And negative is good student get good marks at any of the situation. Over costly bus service and maintainence fees they given lower salary to their faculty this may given negative vibe. Also go with other reviews

Course Curriculum Overview

BE ECE - Is one of the Top most course in the future because the quantum computing and quantum atom and other things you learn form this course if you aware of this. The exam pattern will 3 hrs 100 marks but you resulted as cgpa 6 theory and 3 labs in every year final year 4 theory and 1 project. You have total of 48 subject learn from this course

Placement Experience

Now the management get to link with major companies pair up to given a on campus to the students. Internship will given to their students with their wish. and students ask management for the bona fide to attend internship. I think there is no stipend

The government allotted fees only for tution fees and others like book fees mandatory stationary, bus fees and exam fees are expensive, and you can avoid some of the fees like bus fees and stationary. But you can't ignore the book fees

Scholarship for SC ST OBC they given the form to be filled out and you get it from govt and the management scholarships are getting good marks and good skill students will get that. In the loan the college not involve you can ask near by bank in your area and follow the vijayalakshmi website

No, The management cannot help the aluminum and not even respect to the old students. And senior student no experience because I'm the super duper senior. this will change or not change i don't no. Go through other review also.

Counseling. You can choose this college via anna university counselling you have minimum of 111 cut of in your hsc marks. And the counselling happened now will be online mode. I attended the direct single window counselling in anna university chennai 2008

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

Likes

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

The network connectivity in girls hostel is poor
The food at mess is average sometimes it is not taste
The practical labs are help at distance.

Placement Experience:

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

Dislikes

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students
College provide only theoretical knowledge students for practical skills

Likes

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
