Course Curriculum Overview
Agriculture have a good scope in assam.its a practical course which teaches mainly practical knowledge on crop production,mushroom production, entomology and plant pathology and etc The exam level is moderate although the checking may be little bit tough
Internships Opportunities
Companies like Amul,wamul,syngeta visits on campus for recruitment and recruitment rate is good but no too much Internship i.e Rawep is done at the starting of 4th year which is of 6months and you are paid for this internship
Placement Experience
Ig After 4th year we will be eligible for placements.companies like Amul,syngeta,wamul etc generally visits for placements Highest package is around 12lpa Also one can apply for government jobs there are plenty post after the course
Fees and Financial Aid
I am bsc agri ,At first I paid 36000 for one semester as it also includes admission fees after that 22000 ... For bsc agriculture.....btw for btech in microbiology it costs 50k at 1st time then 36000..
Campus Life
Many events get organized in this college like Diwali night new year party freshers almost every competitive exams books and regarding our course book are present in the library Wi-Fi is also there in our library facilities are to be honest top notch the classrooms are to be honest very well developed there is one smart board one white board one projector AC sir also there in our classroom as I am the member of NSS many events are done here for example 2 days ago we went to a government school to motivate the students about women empowerment and modern techniques of agriculture to follow which is a very great initiative from our college also there is a gym in our college there is boating in our college elections are also held in our college sports is also good there are three fields are there basketball ground is also there football ground is also there cricket stadium is also there and volleyball court is also present
Hostel Facilities
It may be 2 seater 3 seater and 1 seater and One common fan is there any common bathroom for each rows and floor Meal quality is good Hostel is affordable and it's not costly rented house and pg are there near the college
Admission
It comes in my homestate and it's quite good got agriculture degree. Eligibility is you should be 12th pass with 60% and entrance exams are there i.e aau cet for the students of assam and students outside assam can get in to the college through cuet
Faculty
Students are divided in to groups for proper understanding. all facilities are good ?.The exam required to pass to get admission in this college is Aau cet. Exams present in this course are mid term and end term and including some quiz btw them
Interview Experience
No there was no interview taken regarding our admission in our college normal counselling was done.. in counselling our documents were verified by the professors after the counselling we have to pay the admission fees
Night Life
Generally classes starts from 8am and ends on 4pm and gym , canteen, cafeteria and library are also present in the campus Hangout spots are present like tea garden boating spot . Yeah its safe campus in timing is generally 6pm
