Course Curriculum Overview
First two years cover the arts part of the degree such as economics, english, political science, sociology and history, then the law subjects are added such as torts, contract, media law and human rights, all the major subjects luch as criminal law and family law etc starts afterwards.
Internships Opportunities
The college has its separate cell for internship and placements, called the IP cell, it releases opportunities for internships regularly both offline and online, so that students can learn from the time spent in there
Placement Experience
Not everyone gets placed and the people who gets placed don't get much, there are multiple companies that come for the interview and only people with 60+ percent in their exams can qualify for the interview.
Fees and Financial Aid
As a B.A. LL.B. student at Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida, the yearly fee for my course is approximately ?1.8–2.4 lakhs per year, making the total cost of the 5-year program around ?8–9 lakhs, depending on the batch and fee revisions. The fee structure mainly includes tuition fees, along with one-time charges such as admission fee (initially charged but later adjusted), registration fee, and refundable caution money, and annual components like development and other compulsory academic charges. As per my knowledge, the fee generally remains the same for a batch once admitted, though it may increase for new intakes. Students from General/Management categories usually pay the full fee, while SC/ST students often pay a much lower effective amount due to government scholarships and fee reimbursement schemes. The college also offers merit-based and merit-cum-need scholarships, and some students receive concessions for one-time payment or academic performance, which helps reduce the financial burden.
Campus Life
The campus life is boring and nill, since 2024 there have been no events and the freshers was also boring, there are so many restrictions and for girls it's 10 fold more, the library is good, there is a sports fest every year, and the clubs and societies are okay.
Hostel Facilities
No private washroom, community bathrooms, there are cleaners but the washrooms malfunction, room are cleaned everyday, food is bad, not even decent, and the authority is rude, so if you want to be more gullible, you can't
Admission
I chose this college because this was the only option left because admissions were closed and I got into one more but my dad declined the admission there because it wasn't in the main campus of ggsipu and some reviews told that this college was good
Faculty
Overall the faculty members are good and quite observant for the kids. They conduct various class activity to promote speaking and presentation skills and also to inculcate team work in students. The teaching pace and style might be different and difficult to catch but overall it's good.
Night Life
In the vicinity, there is only one gym and one expensive in the expo mart so college students can't afford it, in campus hostel curfew for girls is 7:30 pm and they can't go out after 6:30 pm in summers and 6pm in winters
