Good Infrastructure but lacks Faculty

I have got a campus placement in core side. But personally I like our college. But overall our college has to improve alot in terms of faculty. After completion of our course our college has degraded by NAAC. So our faculty was improving alot (I heard about it from my juniors)

The course curriculum is same as JNTU Anantapur. But our college is an autonomous which means our college itself conduct examinations and evaluation of examination papers are done at another autonomous colleges which are around our college.

Job opportunities are just good enough. Almost 130/200 students of our stream were selected in different jobs like core as well as software jobs. Out of 130 only 20 students were selected in core jobs which are related to ECE. So there's a tough competition for getting a core job. There's no internship for our college.

For freshers there will be freshers day. Every year there will be sports meet and students can participate in the different kinds of sports such as Cricket,Volley Ball,Basket Ball, Badminton. As our college is film actor (MOHAN BABU) we always had a special guest in our college for every event. There will be anniversary celebration of our college which is celebrated on birthday of our chairman. Many cultural activities,prize distribution and motivational speeches which were given by guests.

Fee structure is bit expensive. But according to new rules of Andhra Pradesh Government if you get a seat through competitive examination the complete fee paid by the Government. The normal fee structure is around 80-90K INR which is higher for our college.

I have already mentioned that Government provides scholarship if you are eligible and got seat through competitive examination conducted by Government. In our time the scholarship is 35000 but new Government has told that they will pay complete fee.

We can participate every event such as freshers day, Anniversary celebration and Sports. Our college have a large playground we can play any sport. Labs are good enough and they are providing extra labs for research purpose.

Yes,our seniors helped alot. They have conducted Mock Interviews,Mock GATE which are helpful. They also conducted events such a way that we could decrease our stage fear. They also shared their experiences while facing an Interview.

There's a spot counseling where the remaining seats after entrance exam. I saw an advertisement regarding the same and went to college and completed the formalities.The only difference between spot counseling and web counseling is that you won't get any scholarships for spot counseling

My title suggest there's a lack of faculty. Faculty needs to improve alot. They should tell about the core jobs,life in that particular stream and techniques for getting a particular job in core stream. Instead of that they always tell about software jobs and how to get those jobs which is not good in my perspective.
