- More cultural events and fests throughout the year would make campus life even better
Course Curriculum Overview
I feel the curriculum is well balanced because it covers both the basics and the latest topics in technology. Instead of only learning theory, we also spend time on coding, projects, and practical work, which makes the subjects easier to understand. The course is planned in a step by step way, so each semester builds on what we learned before. Overall I think the curriculum is relevant, easy to follow and gives students the skills they need for internships and future jobs
Fees and Financial Aid
The normal fee for the BTech course is around 16lakh for four years. That is about 4lakh per year. There is also a one time registration fee of 1200 during admission. The good thing is that you may not have to pay the full amount. If you get a good score in the NAT exam, you can receive a scholarship that lowers your tuition fees. That's why many students prepare well for NAT before joining. I think it's a good idea to check the scholarship first instead of only looking at the fee because it can make the course much more affordable
Campus Life
My overall experience has been really enjoyable. I never felt left out because it's easy to make friends, and everyone is quite supportive. I joined a few club activities and workshops, which helped me learn new things while also meeting students from different years. Apart from academics, we often spend time together at the cafe, library or common areas. Overall the campus has a friendly atmosphere that makes college life fun as well as productive
Admission
I looked at a few colleges before making my decision. But I chose NIAT because I liked it's practical way of learning. The focus on coding, projects, internships and skill development stood out to me. The NAT scholarship was another reason as it made the college more affordable. The admission process here was so simple. I registered for the NAT, completed the required steps and submitted my documents. The admission team guided me throughout the process and answered all my doubts so everything went smoothly.
Faculty
One thing I like about the faculty is that they are easy to talk to. They don't just finish the lecture and leave, they stay back to clear doubts if students need help. They also encourage us a lot to ask questions and share our ideas during class, which makes learning more interesting. Whether it's academics, projects, or career advice, I have found the faculty to be supportive and willing to guide students whenever needed.
Night Life
One thing I enjoy most about campus life is that there's always something to do. After classes my friends and I usually hang out at the cafe or spend some time in the gym. Staying at hostel also made it easy to make friends and be part of campus activities. The clubs, workshops, and events keep things interesting, so college life doesn't feel limited to just attending classes. Overall the campus has a friendly and active atmosphere that makes every day enjoyable
