i liked the campus of this college very much
placement is very average not all get placed
food is great so many food outlets is there

they want fees for every single fest and things
exam fees is also there which should not be there
lecture schedule is very bad feels like 9 to 5 job

Course Curriculum Overview

curicullam is good for placement related things student get teached every subject is depth for every exam , and our exam is divided into 3 parts one is mst-1 , mst-2, and final exam of 50 marks . feels like 9 to 5 job

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 132000 per year

Placement Experience

Companies do come in this college for placement and averge package is 500000 so student get placement opportunites from 6th sem onwards , and no. of offers made is 5000 last year placement ratio is also good.

Fees and Financial Aid

tution fee is 66650 per semester for my course and admission fees is 10000, exam fees is 3000, and very extra fees like annual fees 800, fresher fees 800, fest fee 500, and sometimes fines also applied

Campus Life

this college has so many clubs and community of different field that student can showcase his tellent in college level or outside the college . and here is one tech fest called saviskar which of 3 days .

Admission

I choose this college beacuse of no other choice. but i feel good after coming to this college here students are from different states and country also. everyone is so helpful and talk respectly and culture is also good

Faculty

faculty is very suportive , every faculty try to help student in every possible way , they encourga student to participate in hackathon , seminar, webinar, workshop, and student teacher ratio is 60:1.

Interview Experience

no i didnt face any interview or test anything like that. Admission is totaly based on your 12th marks . and admission in this college is very easy. nothing to worry about just come and take admission.

Night Life

it has gym world class, and so many cafeterias are there, and so many food outlet with good quality food. hostel is 5 are there with very good rooms available in non - ac and ac. fees is little bit higher side.

lively campus nights and a fun student life at chandigarh university

Likes

my overall experience at the college has been good so far
the faculty members are generally helpful
campus life is active with various cultural and technologies events

Dislikes

one thing i feel can be improved is the amount of pratical and industry oriented learning
some claases can be more theroy oriented so more hands on activities and pratical sessions would be beneficial
during major events and peak hours the campus become crowded

the course curriculum is realvent and fairly comprehensive i choose computer science engineering because it covers importnt ares such as programming data structures data base software development and emerging technologies

A Balaced College Experience With Great Campus Life

Likes

i like everthing about the college.
i like the supportive faculty behaviour.
the college also provide placement guidance.

Dislikes

Some areas could be improved especially the placement.
A few courses felt more theory focused than industry oriented.
Student enagement oppourtunities would make campus life better.

I would rate the course around 5 . i choose the courser because it provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and paractical concepts relevant to my career goals as well.

A Great College Experience with Learning, Growth and Opportunities

Supportive faculty and a good learning environment.

Some administrative processes can take more time than expected.

Chandigarh university , but for real

Likes

campus life is absolutely banger and it is great to have friends here
crowd is bonkers , except some local peeps , they'd be behaving weird
major events like freshers and orientation , they bring crazzy artists

Dislikes

hectic schedules drain the soul of you .
frequent exams test that are totally unnecesary
attendance is another nuisance , having 75 percent is must

Placement Experience:

placements of 2.8 cr occured but it was only one , most of the placements packages go under 8 lpa and extra fees has to be paid in order to be eligible for placement drives and that too doen't ensure the placement

campus life and social interactionn : the campus is large and active with many clubs events hackathons and activities students get good opportunities to meet people from different backgrounds and participate iin extrracurricular activities.
faculty and teaching: faculty is experienced and mixed Some teachers have good subject knowledge and are supportive while teaching quality can vary between subjects.
placement and career support: the university provides opportunities and conducts recruitment for drives forn students.

Placement Experience:

IN our college students get placement form 3rd year onwards that is from 6th sem like university provides the students to sit in the placements and many good companies visit like amazon googler infosys tcs and all big recruiters and the highest package is upto 55lacks and ath average package of CSE id 8 to 9 lacks per annum and the placement rate is upto 100 percent.

Exploring life at Chandigarh University

Likes

Good and modern campus infrastructure. The university is large, modern with good classrooms, labs, hostels and tec.
Most teachers are knowledgeable, supportive and explain concepts clearly.
The university provides placement drives, training sessions, career guidance and etc.

Dislikes

Large student intake. Due to high number of students, sometimes it can be difficult to get individual attention from faculty.
During peak hours, some areas of the campus can be crowded.
The quality of hostel food is not much satisfying.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Chandigarh University are generally good, with students becoming eligible for campus placements in the later semesters, dependiing on their course. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in IT, engineering, management and other fields.
