Remarks

Positive is that placement opportunities are really good. The infrastructure of college is bad. The building is under construction so it not very poor. But not that great also. Also sometimes it's difficult to solve a problem through management but that is understandable because it is a government college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I think the course curriculum is good. But it's based on more self learning as happens in every institute. There is good practical curriculum. Major part is still theoretical. Exams are held at the end of the semester with two sessional occuring in two months.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placements and job opportunities are really good. Some of the biggest companies like Samsung and Amazon come to recruit students. I don't know if our college provide internship. I think it do. I have not don't any internship through college so I don't know about it.

College Events

3.5

There are a lot of events that occur in our college throughout the year. Personality development seminars, social works, seminars on business skills, seminars and events occuring specially for budding engineers.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is not expensive at all. Infact the fee is one of the least in whole north India in terms of BTech course. There is admission fee of around 25000 and after including tution fee and examination fee it reaches to around 40000. Semester fee is between 32000 to 35000.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't know about any scholarship facility because I was not eligible for any of them. But yes there are many. Like for OBCs , and people with disabilities, scholarship for students who are financially not that we'll. There are scholarship which pays even 95% percent of the college fee.

Campus Life

1.5

There are huge number of labs in the college. Chemistry, electrical training, analog circuits, MMC, computer architecture, electronics workshop, mechanical workshop, electrical workshop, different types of labs for coumputer department also. And there is a lot of practical learning that happens in them.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel are not very good. They are decent. Mess is decent. But the hostel fee is only 4000 and after including all charges it goes maximum to around 14000 so it's affordable and okay for the price. The hostel is available for only first year student if you are a boy. Earlier it was for first two years but now number of courses have increased and also the number of students in one year also increased so they have alloted boys hostel to students of first year only.

Alumni/Alumna

The senior students are not very interactive. Probably the best way to interact with them is either you are in a same society or you live in same hostel room. These are the main times when your interaction with seniors occur.

Admission

I got admission in JCB UST, Faridabad through JEE MAIN. I obtained 119 marks and my was 47947. A state counseling happens every year for colleges of the state. First two counsellings are online. One have to fill the choices of college and course according to their personal preference and the Candidate gets the course for which he is eligible. Criteria is rank of JEE MAIN. Then next 2 counselling were held offline. These were physical counselling. Candidate has to go to the college to take the admission. I got admission in the first physical counselling. A different rank is given according to the marks just to sort the candidates in order more easily.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty of College is pretty strict. In comparison with other colleges, the teaching faculty is strict. But at the same time, there are decent teachers and come of them do really strict checking of the exam sheets. Some teachers really want they answer as they taught.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities in B.Pharm are reasonable good but along side we students must focus on developing our own real world skills, the faculty help us to grow with industry ready skills. Good placement options are available in QA,QC, RnD, Pharmacovigilence department. According to me placement cell of KRMU is supportive but they unable to attract good placement packages. Avg package in B.Pharm is around 4-4.5L /year

Placement Experience:

I feel pretty secure about my career because our training opens door that normal degrees just can't match. Our seniors land roles as risk analysts and foreign policy researchers, even secruing great spots at top think tanks right after graduation. Some even interned at Niiti Consulting, and others got into ShowTime Consulting and Stimuler. Seeing people land roles at Lead Tech and the BCG Graduate Apprenticeship Program gives me massive confidence for placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I enjoyed physics and maths as a school student so chose BSc course including the studies of all three- Physics, Chemistry and Maths. The modern physics part and the practical aspect of mathematics intrigued me. Though the curriculum of maths wasn't that comprehensive and was majorly all theory based. Maths syllabus can be enhanced by practical applications of examples rather than just be all about the theorems. The teaching method was good. The frequency of maths exam was 3 per semester, with three full books syllabus to be covered for each exam with mostly theory.
