I have not seen any negative remark in this college during my course but I think please try to reduce the fees amount if possible. Overall experience is good and memorable. Positive Remark is good Placement and best Faculties.
FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
The fee structure is feasible in Krishna Engineering College.Every year fees is around 1.15LPA. University also provide Scholarship to every student. This fees includes hostel as well as food cost provided by college. Overall experience is good and fees is feasible.
PLACEMENT WING
Overall Placement of college is good. The College provide opportunity for every student at the end of Third year with a stipend of at least 15k. I have done Internship in an IT company. Most of the companies came here for Recruitment are IT companies with a eligibility criteria of 60% and minimum package of 3LPA. I was placed in 3 Companies in my Final year. Other branches Like Mechanical, Civil and Electronics Students also placed in IT companies as package is good in IT company. Companies also come here for Non Technical profiles also like Business development , Customer Care Representative, etc.
ADMISSION
I simply visited the College, after showing my 12th marksheets, they simply took an interview of mine. Interview is basically based on science, mathematics and English Related questions. After clearing Interview and Verification of marksheets you can simply get admission in the respective Course.
HOSTEL FACILITIES
In Krishna Engineering College, there are separate hostel for girls and boys.hostel building are well maintained with lifts and proper ventilation.The room have well furnished with proper bed and Air Conditioner.overall infrastructure is good with well clean rooms. Hostel also include Gym and Playing area for Cricket and Football.
ALUMNI
Yeah, there is social media group for alumni, senior students and juniors also in which all can help each other to solve any type of problems related to study or job or any other issues. Seniors are very helpful and Supportive.
FACULTY
The Faculty in Krishna Engineering College is very Supportive, knowledgeable, and most of the Faculty in this college are having PHD degree which is very good for a student. Faculties always try to solve any doubts of students anytime, even on holidays also. Lecture are provided with the help of practicals and Projectors are used for giving lecture to students. Overall I have observed that this college Faculties are like so intelligent and hardworking.
CAMPUS LIFE
Extra curricular activities includes cricket competition , NSS for social work, Fashion show for students, Hackathon for Geeks, Blood Donation camps. There are many well maintained labs in AB-1 block which includes chemistry labs, computer labs, manufacturing practices lab, fluid mechanic labs,etc. There is also a big basketball court and sports ground for sports. Overall sports ground is very big and open to all.
COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
Btech course basically is basically of 4 years with total of 8 semesters. In Each Semester there is 3 Internal Exams including 2 Class Tests and one Pre university Test. In the end of semester there comes External University Exam in Each Semester. Marks of Both Internal as well as External Exams are summed up to release each semester Result. After giving final semester if your overall eight semesters Total is above 75% then you will get Honours Degree.
COLLEGE EVENTS
Every year Annual Sports Fest is organized in the College with inter college sports competition. Smart India Hackathon is also organized every year In which 36 hours Coding competition organized. Alumni meet is organized every year.Freshers party and Farewell party is also organized every year. Felicitation function for meritorious students is also organized in which students get cash prizes, I got this award three times.
LOAN/ SCHOLARSHIP PROVISIONS
Yeah, Loan facility is provided by the College in partnership with nearest banks for those who are unable to pay fees with very minimum interest rate and every student got loan very easily. Also the university provide Scholarship to every student every year.
