While the university-based scholarships award value range from GBP 1000- GBP15,000, the government, and other scholarships cover partial tuition fee, expenses of accommodation and travel in the UK, and provide a stipend. At present, international students, pursuing bachelor’s programs, are offered only three University of Edinburgh scholarships. These scholarships are faculty-specific and have their own benefits, application deadlines, and selection criteria.

All the University of Edinburgh scholarships have their own decision notification timelines. Applicants and recipients must remember that the decision of the selection committee is final and cannot be challenged.
Furthermore, the payment of the scholarship award, for university and faculty-scholarships are paid directly to the recipient’s tuition fee account. From there, the awarded amount is deducted for the payment of tuition fees.
