BIT Mesra Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placement for BTech is not bad. median placement for circuital branches(CSE, ECE, EEE) is 10 L PA, and that for core branches is 6.5L PA. But placement scenario for IMSc. Physics and Chemistry students are not good. Only educational companies like ByJu's, Aakash, etc. hire us. We don't mind it as nobody joins these courses ( IMSc. ) to become a salaried person. This is our passion and craze for this subject that brings us here.

Decent Placements 3rd Semester but in some cases people have received Pre Placement Offers in 2nd Semester itself. (I too received from Garmin) Average Package - 4.5 LPA/ Highest Package - 18 LPA 60-95% Working in Sales and Marketing Field

From 5th semester the student is eligibal for the campus placement. Tata motors, Jindal, maruti, ISRO etc companies visit to college for placement. The highest pakage last year was made by tata motors of 15 lacks in the starting. Approximately 95% student get placed in the placement. My plan is to get placed is the best pakage company at a good company post.

From the 9th semester, students become eligible for the campus placement sessions. Companies visited like Nestle, Patanjali,etc. and 4-5 no. Of students were being offered or got placed. Many opt for higher studies like MBA, Ph.D. The highest package offered is 9.5-10 lakhs pa, the average package being offered varies year to year ranges from 3-6 lakhs pa. 90% of student gets placed, rest opt for higher studies. My plans would be to go for campus placements .

The placements are decent compared to tier 2 colleges of our country. The average package of our civil batch was 6 Lakhs. Out of 100 students, 70 sat for placements and all were placed. I have a plan to continue with my job.

The teachers are very friendly and have adequate knowledge of the subject to train students to become professionals. Because the curriculum is diverse and covers all aspects, students have the opportunity to learn by trying out the topics they want in a more comprehensive way. The BIT exam is not difficult All the questions of the BIT are prepared only by the teachers of our university. The exam here is made on time. The teachers here also have the best guidance, and a score of 40% should pass. Semester midterm exam final exam two exams 5 attendance marks. All the teachers are nice, friendly, and motivating.

I was a good and average student and I was any tension for the job regarding because all company like tata, ceat, tuewall, and these are offer job for me but I have selected a tata job it is good for workers and it's family dreams. And it's near to my home town.

The placement is very good too. In our college 200 companies come for on campus placement and every student get placed with nice package with is also called average package 10 lakhs/year. It's good to mention.

Mid of 3rd year students start getting placements 6th semester more than 100+ companies visits like Aakash institute,byjus , Birla Sunlife, oracle, Microsoft, sigma, Maruti Suzuki, Tech Mahindra, Goldman Sachs, Amdocs, cognizant, reliance industries, Hyundai, Jaro education, tata steel, bajaj,npci, Flipkart, Amazon, Hindustan times, nestle, Birla soft,nvidia,accenture,delloite , infosys,ibm ,amadeus, tata motors, vedanta , tejas capgemini, sbi, pentaloons, icici, sunpharma etc 100% of students get placed chances are high if you are a good DSA holder most the students go for Masters even for MBA and some also prepare for IAS
