Panjab University Chandigarh Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Mcm Dav- a girls college which is a government college and comes under Panjab university has got A grade by TEAM NAAC.Today also declared it to be one of the top 30 institutes of the country. The Ministry of Science and Technology of the Government of India had honoured it with STAR status.

This Mcm Dav college is a grand college in the Chandigarh as Chandigarh is the City Beautiful. The college is at a wonderful place and taking about the university it is under Panjab University which is a government university so this college is half private half government. And girls college is good.

MCM DAV College for Women has been awarded by Shri Prakash Javdekar and Dr Satyapal Singh for being the cleanest residential college in the country. Over the years, due to sustainable effort, the college has earned the reputation of being a Zero Pollution Zone.

Overall this is the moderate college. The placement is like normal not best. The social life is the best. The hostel life is best too. The academic course is appropriate for the good knowledge.

Teachers are very helpful and supportive.

There are two faces of the coins- heads or tails. Same as, their are some positive and negative impact of of some situations.

College doing good but needs improvement. Emphasis should be laid on modern technology and equipment like e-classrooms, e-payment, better common areas etc. Declining rank of the university in the education rankings is something to worry about.

College management is good. College management is always ready for your help. Notifications are put forward for every task.

My college is best in the tricity.It has very experienced staff which is teaching from old ages.The Labs are all up to the date.

I choosed this college because it is near my home.I can go to college by my foot and college is a girls college so my parents think that girls college is safe and sound so they asked me to get admission here. And this is semi government college
