- There are many scholarships available for the students which can help the students in many ways it help the needy people who cannot afford fees or have better excellence .
- They professor and teachers were friendly and had great knowledge of in their subjects
- The application form, fees and admission dates was pretty available on the website and everything was also provided on the college brochure!
Dislikes
- The condition of the rooms is very bad and it is requires renovation .overall i pay 6000 a month for my hostel room .. mess is 950 which is included in 6000
- Political group are quite active. students are also not getting hostels easily therefore its quite difficult for student from from faraway to survive. attendance policy is also very strict.
- It only provides a fan , a bed , and a almirah which in most cases is faulty .

In the first year there are all the basic subjects like Physics , Chemsitry , Maths etc .After that the core subjects are added depending on ones branch.The are three exams in a sem , two Minons and one Major.

- Big campus, amazing sports, good canteen.
Dislikes
- There are not much dislikings but yes there should generatore in the college as whenever there is a powercut we need to study without even fans running

I choosed bba finance as specialization and it was really good, giving a practical life teaching experience really helping today in my job as well , what i suggest is there should be some sessions from outsiders who is working in corporate , to give students more practical experience

- The faculty is helpful during the class as well as provide support online.

- The processes are quite long and chaotic for administration.
Placement Experience:
So basically I didn't opt for placements, but majorly the IT companies were visiting the campus and we received mails from the department about the hirings going on. I had some batchmates who were hired by yes bank. There was a good percentage of students going for playing and getting hired.

- The classrooms are clean, regularly cleaned. Good Environment, it also has parks where students can rest during their breaks
- Non Teaching Staffs are very kind, nice and very cooperative to students and to everyone.
- Admission system is not complicated and help is also given by senior students during admissions
Dislikes
- The college would’’ve been better if there was a football ground.
- There’s not much bad things about the college. It’s easily one of the best college in Chandigarh.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I opted for BA Psychology along with other subjects such as Sociology and Elective English and also the two other compulsary subject HCP and English Compulsary.
From my experience, curriculums such as practicals for Psychology are given properly and It is fun doing experiments and it is indeed a fun way of learning. It helps us to understand a given topic clearly.
And for theory, all the teachers i came accross are well qualified and they also tried their best to help students and make them understand properly.

- the campus of mcm college is quite beautiful and enviroment friendly
- teaching style of the teachers is very nice
- there are alot of activities in college which are participatable

- the food in canteen is not as good as in other colleges
- office management staff is a bit rude and sometimes don't bother what students say

As a student pursuing bcom in mcm college 1st year has been too nice and teaching way tge teachers was very impressive they helped the students alot and were very smart.This course was widely regarded in this college

- The faculty of the college is very nice and supportive and interactive when it comes to problem solving of any kind for the students
- There are also mentors for every 15 to 20 students to help the students throughout their tenure whenever they need
Dislikes
- The time table is not always flexible which sometimes causes problem to the day scholars
- The library doesnt have much extra course related books which makes it a little difficult sometimes for references and other stuff
Course Curriculum Overview:
The frequency of exams is 2 months as first we have the mid semester exams and then we have the final exams
The mid sem exams are a very great way to prepare for the final exams
The curriculum is very well designed especially subjects like human resource management and e commerce which makes it so interesting to read and learn about the modern world

- Teachers of Computer Department are very friendly to their students. They have great knowledge about the subjects they teach. Also teachers are very helpful and cooperative.
- Computer Labs are great. They have all softwares installed according to the curriculum.
- Trips are arranged by students that are fun. Also multiple functions also are hosted.
Dislikes
- Campus is small in size. There is space that is wasted that can be used for good.
- Hygiene is big issue. Campus is clean and green. But they do not take care of washrooms for boys.
- There is not timing restriction which can be both good and bad.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Curriculum for BCA is great. All necessary software and applications are given in syllabus. Also Panjab University is well recognised and respected University in comparison to other Universities present in Punjab such as PTU. But it would have been great if they included Python in the Syllabus.

- the fines and the examination fee is little too expensive according to the other colleges

the course is good there is one mid semester exam per semester and one final semester exam the difficulty level is medium and retest are there for those who fail . the curriculum is also theoretical only people might have some specialisation for practical subjects

To be precise I chose the course based on interest than under any other influence, I've done science in my 10+2 and chose arts in grad school, totally based on interest plus the environment is pretty good to thrive in

- Ggdsd College of chandigarh provides excellent environment. I have taken admission in fashion technology and apparel designing course here. Its really nice they provide us computerized machine , industrial machine and different courses in Bachelor's

First of all my interests. I always wanted to do fashion designing. They prepares us really well it's compulsory for us to do internship in first , second and third years.
Well if we talk about improvement then I feel there should be less pressure of practical work in fashion designing field.
