Panjab University Chandigarh Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I chose this course because I want to pursue the science field further. Faculty to student ratio is 1:12. almost all faculty are postgraduate. Exams are held every six months and are moderate in difficulty level.

I choose ba because of the opportunities. after ba, you have many options for further studies. You can choose ma, MBA, LLB, and many other courses. With b.a., you can do a part-time job. because ba is not hard. teacher in my college is very good. very humble. Qualification of teachers is also very high. Exams are moderate.

Passing the 6th semester the placements start for the final year students and go till the next Feb almost 6 companies visit the college. our cse placements almost 95% of the students who opt for higher studies do not join placements rest are placed. the companies like resec, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Gemini, utrade, Frontera, etc. come and package in CSE was 5.5 lakhs. After the 5th semester students are eligible for pre-placement. Many reputed companies are visited and make the best offer for the students. 9-10 lakh maximum 4-5 lakh minimum 70-80 per cent required for placement.

Interested in Arts. Many faculties are available for different subjects. All facilities are well Qualified and educated. A semester-wise exam was conducted. A total of 6 semesters are there in the BA course.

I am from a commerce background so I opted for BCom llb. Law teachers are great and very good in their command. Exams are held in December and May in between MSTs and presentations. Moot court competitions and various other competitions are held in the department which is a great way to enhance knowledge.

Students can eligible for campus placements from 5th semester Certain no of companies visit the students which are Amazon, Deloitte, Reliance etc. The highest package if offered by the company can go to 30 to 40nlakhs per annum And minimum package will be around 6 to 8 lakhs per annum Students will get a maximum percentage to get placements I will give certain exams for jobs which I want in future

There is a placement committee chair amongst the professors of the college. A few students get placed through the college itself but it's really rare. There is no professional degree provided by the college due to which not many companies are interested to take students as interns or employees. For my course which is BSc computer application, There are several companies that still coming such as Infosys TCS and many other private companies from Chandigarh itself.

Execelly placement record for this college. you can presume 100 per cent placements here if you dong have any backlogs. Around 30 companies visit this college each year. So placements are really great.

Campus placements begin in the 7th semester. Usually near about 100 companies for on-campus placement. the average package goes around Rs 9,00,000 CSE, IT, and ECE students get 95% placed rest of the branches to depend on the companies visiting.
