I chose this college because my one of uncle suggested me to get int9 this college. He is too the professor in chemical department. He told me all the props and cons. So i landed here. Besides, campus of this college is too good and vast and lot of opportunities are there to explore ourselves.
Our college has been able to maintain a 96% placement record from the past few years out of eligible students which is excellent when you compare it to other colleges. Our college also has a 6-monthly internship programme for its 3rd-year students, and currently I am also going through that process. Companies like Microsoft, JP Morgan, American Express, Goldman Sachs and General Electric visit our campus for internship opportunities, and all the majority firms are open for CSE, ECE, and EE.
From starting i really wanted to study in nits, iits and importantly wanted to stay in my own hometown, so i prepare for jee from allen and but due to bad luck i was not be able to land any iits or nits. But bcoz of my hard work and teachers guidance, family support i can take admission in this college.
Student are free to do courses and internship as per interest. Lastly I did a internship in Data Structures and it was so amazing, I learned Data structures in c it's cleared all my coding concept and doubts which were left. Many companies like tcs, wipro, Amazon, airtel etc. Came here to recruit most of the talented students. it made me feel confident to face other in coding also I can now easily explain and explore it to others.
As everyone know what are the reputation of the college like nits and iits. In which my college has good reputation in India. Where everyone has a dream to land here. So i am very lucky who got a chance to make my career in such a prestigious college. I m very happy.
In this course 100% of the students got placement with good packages. The highest package is 20 LPA and the average package is 11 LPA and the lowest package is 5 LPA. Many top companies come for campus selection like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm etc. 80% of the students got

College makes available all the basic facilities such as dancing, singing department, the art room, the anti-raging society. The college has a food court where mostly everything is available. The college has Ph.d cleared teachers for teaching.
Placements of students are done on good scale and job opportunities are given to them by various big MNC's such as Microsoft, Samsung, Duracell, Wipro etc.
Because of its location and good name. And also it's the best college nearest to my location. And also the city Chandigarh is safe for girls and I think so I can get enough knowledge of life from this college.
Placements and job opportunities are also very good in our college. Many big companies come for placements and various student are placed in their dream jobs.
Pec has a great infrastructure and the placements in all the branches are quite good especially for circuital. There are a lot of fun activities always going on around you in pec. The campus life is great.
A number of great companies like Microsoft, Arcesium, JP Morgan, American Express, and other companies in different fields come here for recruitments.
The placement status are brilliant, the college provides numerous opportunities and most importantly the alumni network is stupendous.And I'm sure you will not regret once you get admitted to this college.
So in our college we have Entrepreneur and Incubation cell which is very active and famous for those who want to be an entrepreneur.The placement statistics are brilliant. Most of the companies which visits various NITs,IITs also visits PEC.
From the 7th semester, the students are eligible for campus recruitment and the companies were tata motors, tech Mahindra, hpcl and 2-3 more companies which visited I got the job from campus recruitment so my life is all set.
Government college opend since 1921 best engineering college in harayana and punjab after iit raipur has pretty good placements and students get good exposure as the chandigarh is one of the finest city of india
100 percent placements for CS ECE branch students and approx 90 percent placements for Civil mechanical and electrical branches The acrage packages for CS ECE is approx 9 lakhs and others approx 6 lakhs

I got 147 in jee mains. Can I get admission in PEC? If yes, then what is the admission procedure.
Hi Nisha, kindly mention your rank as the college declares cut off in form of rank and not marks scored. You may also check the Previous Years' Cut Off to get an idea of the trend being followed from here.
