University of Jammu Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Our college does not provide any placement and job opportunities. This is the major drawback of our college. Whereas the students can apply for then internship programme on their own and can submit their project

Since it's a distance education course admission are granted based on application only. I applied for the course after 10+2 and got the admission. The directorate is the distance learning arm of the University of Jammu. The University of Jammu is a central educational hub in the UT of J&K.

It was the only state government run engineering college. So it was pretty obvious that the cut-off and competition to get into GCET was more than any other private college in the state. Right from the reputed and experienced faculty to the soft fee structure of the institute, it was a go to college for me or anybody else in the state. Upon joining, i opted for the mechanical engineering course because that had been my dream course, if i was to go for engineering.

I will Tell only one thing about my college that one of the best college in my State

In rainy season the drainage system was not as sufficient as it was to be. Due to rain the water sometimes enter the college.

Could improve on technologies and extra curricular activity.

The college follows unnecessary strictness which is the main reason for the discontent among the students.

this is one of the finest college in kashmir province

The college life is very important for any individual and such colleges are required to hold up our expectations

Well management of our college was money minded people they didn't did anything for the future lf the students
