Remarks:

Presidency is one of the finest college from where you can pursue your MBA from with college situated in Karnataka and there were a lot of friends suggesting it to be very good. The MBA admission process was done on the basis of CAT/MAT score followed by graduation scores and a round of interview that was held. The admission charges are 1000 for which the online form has to be collected.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My choice of course is BA in PSY, JOE (psychology, journalism and optional english) the combination of these subjects are literally exciting to study, since im a person who's very fond of literature and writing, i believed this course would do wonder and it really worked out. We have about 95 teaching staffs and 19 non teaching staffs from various department with over 10000+ students. The professors are highly experienced with most of them holding a Ph.D in their respective subjects. They make the teaching lively and makes sure that every student understand the concept. Semester exams are conducted once in 6 months according to the board university, the professors make sure that revision classes are held before the exams for better understanding of the students.

Remarks:

KJC had high placement rates. So this was my major reason for applying for the college. I wanted to get a job right after my course. The process of applying is just like any other college. First register online, pay the fee, and once shortlisted an interview is conducted. The whole process for me took about 2 months.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I decided to opt for Bsc in zoology due to my fascination for the subject. SJC has some of the largest faculty departments in Bangalore. The student-to-teacher ratio is about 40:1 and each student gets adequate attention from teachers. All the professors have completed their PhD or at least a master's program. They use various methods such as lectures, group activities, presentations, to convey subject matters. Each semester had two examinations, i.e mid sems and end sems. The difficulty of the exams was about average.

Placement Experience:

The placements are quite good. To my information, the highest package being 11LPA offered once by Google from campus interview. Lowest being 2 LPA Most of the students get placed who have a good overall score. Companies like TCS, WIPRO, and other IT companies visit our college. After the 5th-semester students become eligible for campus placements. Around 85% of students get placed. My plans after getting the degree would be to get a job and after a few years pursue masters.
