MAHE Manipal Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students become eligible for campus placements in the last semester i.e. the 8th semester. The highest package for my branch this year was 20 lakhs and the average package is around 10 lakhs. This year the percentage of students who got placed was 92.9%. I plan on going for higher education preferably from somewhere abroad(maybe Germany).

The placements in Manipal are great too. The placement cell works hard to get the best companies with the best offers. Students from the 7th Semester can apply for placements. Companies ranging from BlackRock to Mercedes to Microsoft give a visit to Manipal to recruit students. The highest Package this year is from 54LPA from Microsoft. and the average package stands at around 12 Lakhs. 90% of the Students eligible to sit for placements are placed at a company. My plan after the degree is to get a master's degree from abroad in the field of Robotics.

I chose ECE because I like physics personally and moreover, ECE has scope in both software and hardware fields. Faculty:student ratio is very good in MIT. It is approximately 1 teacher per 20 students. The faculty here have done their Ph.D's in their respective departments. The teaching method is like average performance. Term exams are conducted twice in an year and each term exam has 2 sub-term exams. These are a little hard to pass.

I chose the E&I branch as I don't have any other option because of my MET rank. Faculty: student ratio is very good here. There difficult to pass (for an average is a lot of faculty in each department of MIT. All the professors have done their Ph.D. and their teaching is quite excellent. Term exams (Semester) are conducted twice a year. They are student).

Manipal institute of technology offers good placements every year for Btech courses, especially the CSE branch.The placement percentage for Btech stood at 88.4 %.In 2023 the highest package offered was 54.75 lakhs(CSE).

From the 6th semester, students are eligible for campus placements many companies have visited Manipal and Manipal has a great alumni network last year 10 students received a package of above 30 lakh, and the highest package was 54 LPA 90 % of students got placed due to less number of student intake. After getting my BTech degree I am opting for MBA.

OVERALL IF WE SEE,THIS COLLEGE MAY NOT BE IN THE LEAGUE OF IITS,BITS ETC....BUT IT IS A MUCH BETTER OPTION THAN MANY OTHER PRIVATE AND STATE GOVERNMENT COLLEGES.THE OPPORTUNITIES AND CAMPUS HERE ARE PRETTY GOOD.ALL THE FACULTIES HOLD A PHD AND ARE VERY SUPPORTIVE.THE LABS,STUDENT PROJECTS,RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES ARE GOOD HERE.THE MID SEM AND END SEM EXAMS AND PRACTICAL ARE A BIT ON A DIFFICULT SIDE AO YOU REALLY NEED TO WORK HARD TO SCORE GOOD UNLIKE OTHER PRIVATE COLLEGES

course curriculum is to the point and well designed, faculty members possess a deep understanding of their subjects and most of them have published multiple research papers on their subjects. faculty-student ratio is around 1 to 15. All faculty members hold a Ph.D. in their fields, teaching methods include regular quizzes and most teachers pay attention to teaching concepts. There are 2 exams per semester mis mid-seems and end-semester exams which were moderately easy to pass.

I was interested in the computer-related stream, as IT provides a wide range of opportunities in the world. There is about 1:20 faculty-to-student ratio. The faculty is well qualified. The exams were conducted timely, and the exam's difficulties were moderate.

I chose this course as it has a plethora of opportunities in the current job market. The faculty and student ratio is 1:15. The faculty members and well qualified including many Ph.D. holders. The entrance exams were well-timed after completing all the subjects and it was quite difficult to pass.
