BEST THING ABOUT MY COLLEGE IS THAT IT IS VERY MUCH POPULAR IN KARNATAKA
PLACEMENT IN THIS COLLEGE IS QUITE GOOD.
INFRASTRUCTURE IS ALSO QUITE GOOD LAB ARE WELL EQUIPPED
Dislikes
SIZE OF THE CAMPUS IS VERY SMALL AS CO MPARED TO OTHER COLLEGS
PLAYING GROUND HERE IS VERY SMALL IN ONE GROUND ONLY ALL SPORTS ARE PLAYED
RIGHT NOW TOO MUCH CONSTRUCTION IS GOING IN THE COLLEGE.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I CHOSE THIS COURSE BECAUSE THE RANK I GOT THIS WAS THE BEST I WAS GETTING IN THE MOST REPUTED COLLEGE OF KARNATAKA. THE FACULTY HERE ARE VERY MUCH QUALIFIED. GIRLS BOY RATIO IS QUITE GOOD HERE COMPARED TO OTHER ENGINNERING COLLEGES IT'S ALMOST 5:3 HERE. EXAMS ARE HELD EVERY MONTH HERE BUT EASIER TO PASS.
Some assistants. They can accuse of the worst of things. I fought false allegations of cheating and that went on for a while, because of a lab assistant.
The presence of RVU. RVU really sucks the life out of RVCE like a pest.
Management quota. If they close it down, this college could skyrocket.
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for internships from the first year, itself. But the actual placements come a bit later. A lot of companies visit. Everything from Microsoft to Mercedes. Everyone gets a chance. The highest package this year has been 60LPA+ and the average is 18LPA.
A high percentage of students get placed and a lot pursue higher studies. I plan on studying more, after this.
The most important experience for me was the vast Campus
Extra curricular activities through clubs
Placement The college is really good And very high packages
Dislikes
The old buildings in the campus are bad.
The faculty sometimes are too knowledgeable and not approachable
There is construction everywhere And it is dusty
Course Curriculum Overview:
The faculty numbers are really supported. The faculty to student trial is one is to 50 and qualifications of the faculty is phd for everyone. Examinations are fairly hard. There are two semesters in a year and also exams and tests are conduct on time for preparation of the semster exams.
Overall campus life and promotion of co- curricular.
Dislikes
Internal timings were forced to be too close together
Placement Experience:
Good placements. Boeing, Airbus, Dassault etc visited. Hughes package for aerospace is 29 lakh. Average around 8 lakhs. Around 75-80 percent of students get placed. My plans after degree is to pursue a masters in Science.
Experiential learning helps students to learn about practical use of engineering.
The faculty is experienced and knowledgeable and ready to help students to resolve their doubts.
Dislikes
Their is slight partiality in North and South students
Course Curriculum Overview:
There are 3 internals out of which best 2 are considered. There is one end-sem examination. There are also 3 quizzes out of which best 2 are considered. Also after that there is experiential learning which helps students learn practical skills. If I talk about Faculty they are good and well qualified they also very supportive towards students.
The experience I had in rvce is the best experience
The rvce facalty is good and nice to learn the good
The trained faculty is also good with the great learning
Course Curriculum Overview:
The IEM course is based on the learning which we get it from many of the industry like steel industries etc. It's a great course for field work
The course is basically the study of the industrial component and it gives the best result after the 4 years. Faculty is good and well qualified they also very supportive towards students. Tests are conduct on time for preparation for the semster exams
The campus is pretty huge, the seniors are very helpful
Metro facility is just after the college main gate
Academic load is very much manageable...
Dislikes
The combined placements of RVCE RVU RVITM through which our opportunities get decreased exponentially
The faculty is not much approachable and strict
Very small ground and below average sports facilities
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for placements from the 4th semester itself. Companies come for interns as well as full time offers. The most important downside of the placement scenario in RVCE is the combined placements which is with RV university and RVITM there you can easily get admission with lakhs of ranks and still the same companies that come to RVCE also come to your college. So if your sole reason is placement them coming to RVCE wont be the best choice.
The construction area of RV College of Engineering.
The distance between each department is a lot.
Have to walk more to each a specific class.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course circulum were very good. It is easy to understand.i choose this course to study about management skills and industry study . It's a very good course and usefull in the future. The placements are also good in RV College of Engineering. Faculty is good and well qualified they also very supportive towards students. Exams ad tests are conduct on time for preparation of the semster exams
I like the crowd and the opportunities we get here.
Dislikes
Mess food for lunch and dinner is something i dont like.
Placement Experience:
Core placements are lower than IT. But since it is RV, core companies do come to hire. Probably RV is the only college to have actually hood placements in core. For CS related placements, obviously you'll have plenty of opportunities.
Students becomes eligible for placements from 5th or 6th semester. There is above 85% of Students who get placements and which is also above 15LPA . My plans after getting the degree is that I will go forward to do MBA from a prestigious institute
