- I get a ssp scholarship 19600 per year and so many students have got the very well and good package
- Faculty are good and knowlege people, and also teaching is good and ready to help any time, also take care of each student and also they ready to help any time and also give good imformation about industry
- Yes, we got good experience in our college campus life.they held good technical festivals like ethical hacking, many hacking, awareness of voting.
Dislikes
- My college is too boring there are no activities no fest not sports nothing.
- I was actually little disappointed because i didn't get any campus placement
- The hostel food is not good and there is no more items in their menu

The companies that come to recruit you are one of the best in Bangalore and else where as well, along with jobs, Internship oppurtunities are provided by the college as internships are a part of the curriculum.

- Hostel rooms,ice cream in mess,dinner and hostel cleaning service
- Wifi is provided which is very good and cleaners are appointed
- And for laundry purposes there are washing machines so it's easy
Dislikes
- Hostel to campus distance is very far away
- No lifts in our hostels need to use stairs
- No proper food.Food is tasteless cannot be eaten daily

The course curriculum is all set by vtu because our college comes under vtu not completely vtu it's a vtu affiliated college so curriculum is not completely set by our college but care a bit changes as set by vtu

- College campus was good with surroundings and with playground, indoor, outdoor games.
- Faculties are good and infrastructure was not so good as it is government but still nice
- Placements it depends on how companies arrive here and also depends on us

- Most probably college cleanliness and infrastructure
- It should be improved like other collges
Course Curriculum Overview:
It was good and I like to engineering as in computer science field, like to learn coding and enter into software development also it was my mother dream to become an engineering. It was very good and learning new things and different programming languages.

Dislikes
- One thing that some students may dislike about college is the workload and pressure to perform academically. Balancing coursework, assignments, exams, and extracurricular activities can sometimes feel overwhelming, leading to stress and anxiety .
- One thing is that University is vtu which is really tough
- some students may find certain courses or teaching styles challenging to engage with, making it difficult to stay motivated and focused
Placement Experience:
After 3 semester anyone is eligible who don't have arrear subjects
I don't yet specific now
Last year highest package is 17 lakhs
Around 70 to 75 percent placed
I will pursue masters degree from the clg.

- classroom,sports,faculty,the campus is very big
- basketball,cricket is pretty good and canteen is decent
- there is a rock garden pretty good and big campus

- the sports is not that good and faculty is not pretty we
- classrooms have not good lighting it hit the white board directly
- the basketball court is not that good and the tennis court is damaged
Placement Experience:
After 6th sem students become elligible for campus placement.Many companies visits the campus like delloite ,boat ,jp morgan, tcs ,etc,highest package was 30 lpa on campus profiles were software developer etc.

- Has metro station just outside the gate so makes travel very convenient
- Has students from all over India which allows to interact and understand different people
- Maximum teachers are really helpful and will help you understand until you don’t
Dislikes
- Campus isn’t that great overall , has been under a lot of construction
- The timetable for exams is always very hectic
- Management for events and activities is not really good, very clumsy and a lot miscommunication
Placement Experience:
The college has a very good reputation regarding placements. There are a lot of companies that come in for placements but everyone to get is not assured and even if you get a job doesn't mean that it will always be satisfying.

- Faculty members are very good and supportive.
- Infrastructure of department is good and huge.
Dislikes
- More practical knowledge is required rather than only focusing on theoretical approach.
- Fees should be considered to be little low for outside Karnataka Students.
Placement Experience:
From 6th semester they become eligible for campus placement. Average placement is only 6.5lacs per year which is okay okay. It should be improved. Adobe came and give 56lacs per year, and that was the highest placement. Companies like Accenture, Wipro, UiPath, Cognizant, Microsoft, Infos-ys, Google, IBM, etc comes for placement offer. The percentage of students getting placed ranges from 85-90%. I have plan to get placed at a good company and work.

- Opportunities- Campus provides wide range of opportunities like getting into core engineering, coding, dance, music, entrepreneurship, etc.
- Diversity- Students are seen to come from all across the country.
- Placements- Very good placement opportunities and record.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure- Poor infrastructure, old buildings and damaged roads.
- Funding to clubs- Clubs here are very high achieving going international and competing but they don't get enough funding by the college to reach their full potential.
- Useless Extra Couses- RVCE has courses like basic english, Kannada, Yoga, etc which at a college level, students find completely unnecessary and distracting.
Placement Experience:
RVCE is famous for it's placements. There are more offers than the number of students in the college.
Students of final yer sit for placements, but most of them have already recieved a PPO from their internship.
Most students go for higher studies but the ones who sit for placements do get it easily.
Highest package- 92LPA (2024)
Average- around 10 LPA
Even core branches like mechanical, chemical, aeropace, civil have excellent placement records from giant companies.
I am a student of Mechanical Engineering 1st sem. So I haven't decided yet whether to sit for placements or persue higher studies. However, I am confident that I will recieve a good package if I do sit for placements.

- The main thing which grabs everyone attention is sargam (fest) .Fest in new horizon always stood high and lived up to the expectation
- Basketball court and the respective coach are the other things why u should not miss new horizon college of engineering
- Library is lived upto the standards and there are various branches which you can gather lot of information on every subject
Dislikes
- The fees structure is too high to be offered by the middle class people class people
- No proper maintenance of washroom except in 1st year block
- The campus is too small and usually Crowded
Placement Experience:
The students Getting placed to the company in our college is High and the students from 6 sem gets eligible for campus placements and they are number of good companies visiting such as Spyder ,IbM and many got offers arround 20 to 25 lpa , around 94 percent of the total students are placed and my plan is to work in the higly reputated company which pays high

- Infrastructure buildings was not in good condition, piegeon used to stay in roof
- Road was not construced during my time and path is full of mud during rainy seasons
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course I have chosen has huge demand abroad, which that means in Gulf countries and in India there is a placement for this field in refineries and petroleum extraction processes. The course is good but needs campus selection for college
