- The teaching faculty is excellent. they are expert and have a very good knowledge about the topics.
- Scholarship will be soon arranged for the students who achieves by giving a test and is eligible for scholarship.it is important to be able to provide scholarship for althose who are in need .they need to be helped .
- Students will absolutely enjoy their campus life as there are various fests, different days are celebrated and the campus itself is very beautiful to enjoy.
Dislikes
- I don't like the faculty member of these college, also the hod is a liar.
- The admission process was not that difficult but the website was very bad to handle...
- Big line for paying fees, fees structure, no online payment available for many colleges

Placement Experience:
Placements were good and were judged according to the skills and academic performance of the students which was obvious.
The number of companies that visited were almost close to 50-70 and they made various offers.
Highest package in my batch was 2100000 per annum and average was about 450000.

- Teachers and Faculty are supportive, All students gets a Good internal marks.
- Infrastructure is now developing and decent ground, Library and Class rooms
- All mass recruitment companies came here like Accenture, Tcs, Tech Mahindra, hexaview etc
Dislikes
- No Boys hostel, very basic gym room, only single ground is there for Diploma, Engineering and pharmacy students.
- Computer labs are not good, Department other than cs don't have good placements.
Placement Experience:
On-campus placements are available at this college, but only mass recruitment companies come here, offering salaries between 1.6 LPA to 4.5 LPA. Companies like TCS, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, and IBM visit every year. However, the TNP officers are not good at their jobs. Some students who are TNP coordinators receive special opportunities in placements.
The IT department has more placements than the CS department, with almost 50% of students getting placed. On the other hand, in the CS department, only 30% of students get placed, and other departments do not have good placement opportunities. The average package is nearly 3 LPA, and the highest package is 7 LPA, offered by TCS.
The placement information published on the college website and in the brochure is completely wrong and misleading. Some off-campus placement statistics are included in it.

- The First thing I like Is College environment and Infrastructure.
- Teacher are very helpful, they took more efforts for teaching, and extra curriculum activity.
- For placement many companies visit such as virtusa, TCS, Tech Mahindra, etc and average package is 5+LPA
Dislikes
- The thing I don't like is attendance is mandatory if you don't fulfill attendance criteria then you have to call parents or take signatures of HOD
Placement Experience:
Campus Placement are good at D Y Patil College offer 5LPA avg package. And Student get highest package 28LPA last year

- The most interesting thing about the college is that the environment.The environment which is there in this college is good for the students.
- The another thing I loved about the college is that the clubs which are there.
Dislikes
- The location of the college is far away from the main road .
Placement Experience:
The placement here is good .For the recent batch of our college almost 96% students were placed from the on campus and remaining some of them opted for the masters and other things.The average packages ranges between 550000-650000

- As I'm pursuing CA along with bcom so this college was a great choice for the bcom as I don't have to face any mandatory attendance issue
- The teachers and admin staff are very kind and supportive
Dislikes
- There are no things to dislike this college but sometimes due to their timings I face a little problem but it is manageable
Course Curriculum Overview:
As I'm pursuing CA along with bcom many topics of the bcom are also there in CA which helps me to go with ease in both the courses. Bcom exams are conducted twice in an academic year. One add more practical insights in bcom course.

Placement Experience:
For information technology and computer science branch students the placement are nearly 95%. In the starting of 7 semester the placement opportunities are open for the students. Actually each student take maximum 2-3 offers per year. Companies such as TCS Accenture Capgemini kpit cognizant etc should be visited during the campus drive.

- In recent past they have increased fees. Now fees are on higher side.
- Placements are not good. Teachers don't show much interest.
- Infrastructure is not good. They need to work on it.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am studying political science at postgraduate level in savitribai phule pune university. Our course structure is good. It covers basic fundamental of subject. Teachers deeply teach core concepts. But they lack on real world application. They dont focus on market demands. Students of political science finds hard to get placement.

- Campus is little bit small as college is situated in city and not in outside area of the city
Placement Experience:
There are various campus placement activities os carried out and placements are provided to the students according to their eligibility. Hoghst placement offered is 70 LPA to the Mechanical Engineering student amd the average placement is around 7 - 8 LPA.

- Being a science student, i was not that familiar to presentations and these opportunities helped me grow my personal skills.

- I wish if there were trips only for the purpose of enjoyment.

From 4th semester, the students are eligible for placements.

Placement of the college in last 2 to 3 years is just fabulous.About 80 to 85 percent student are placed from college .so no worry about the placement in the college.the highest package was 20 lakhs and average is 4 lakhs

What is your review of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU)?
Saikat Das,studied at Savitribai Phule Pune University (2020)
One of my friends recently graduated from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). According to her, it is better to do anything rather than joining this institute. She mentioned some of the reasons that made her feel this way.
- The institute only focuses on making money and not actual education.
- The syllabus and curriculum followed by the institute are outdated.
- Practical training is not properly given, making students lag behind the industry demands.
- Basic things like a proper academic calendar are not provided.
- Re-evaluation is time-consuming and usually not done properly.
- A 60% from SPPU is not considered good enough for admission to other colleges. They do not consider it as first class.
- They are known to have the worst and uncooperative staff members. They are not at all helpful or considerate about any problem.
It is suggested that you do not opt for SPPU as they are highly unprofessional. They do not have a proper way to conduct classes, assemblies, extracurricular activities and get involved in everything half-heartedly. SPPU is a good example of how a university should be not.
